Placed an order online, went into the store to pick it up. Had to have multiple employees go through the process and treat me like it wasn’t my food. Made me leave my phone number and name in case “someone else comes to pick it up” as if I didn’t already pay for the food and confirm the name and order. Unprofessional lazy service.

I've going to many teriyaki restaurants and by far this is the place with the worst food quality and quantity.

Last year (2023), King's Teriyaki did delivery to Seatac area but not this year of 2024. Why is that??Edit: Do you folks at King's Teriyaki have email contact?

Repeatedly messes up details on orders. We always request "extra veggies" on our teriyaki/yakisoba and twice now, for some reason, instead of having extra veggies on one of them, it always ends up with NONE at all? Alsp requested "add yakisoba" to my chicken teriyaki and it was just plain, dry noodles alongside the hilariously huge pile of chicken. Lukewarm noodles, not even hot. Both the teriyaki and yakisoba dishes come with veggies so very confused why mine did not (again).

The food was good and the rice was so soft and good but nowadays it's kinda hard ?

King's Teriyaki used to be a lot better, but it seems the quality of their food and service has gone down recently. This used to be my favorite spot for teriyaki/katsu/fried rice in Kent. The last 4 times I have been there, they have messed up my order and the food tastes stale, hard and like it had been sitting out for hours.Today the fried rice was dry, hard, tasteless. Katsu was way too dry and overly hard. Ever time I ask for no salad, I get salad.Every time I ask for extra sauce, I either get no extra or the complete wrong kind like today. I can't recommend this place to anyone and I won't be going back.

We door dashed our order. The fried rice has no flavor other than pepper. It looks like white rice heavily peppered and veggies added. The worst part is THE MEDIUM LENGTH STRAND OF BLACK HAIR that was in my teriyaki chicken! GROSS!

I've ordered sushi late at night from this place a handful of times and I've never been disappointed, I've even had the chicken teriyaki and the sesame chicken.I definitely recommend. :)
