The food here is AUTHENTIC Vietnamese cooking. There is absolutely no other Vietnamese restaurants in Washington State that can be compared to Lang Viet. Bought 13 dishes, since it was a bit of a drive where I live. The first dish, Banh Xeo, was perfection. It had all the veggies, the banh xeo had the exact ingredients you expect from the banh xeo. Tastes excellent, even after sitting in the car for an hour drive home. The Muc Nuong Sa Te/ Grilled cuttle fish with house special chili sauce is so perfectly cooked, the cuttle fish is soft and melts in your mouth. The Bun Mam is the best. It is not overwhelm by the mam. Everything in it balanced out and it is the only Bun Mam you want to eat in this state. Khay Cuon Lang Viet is not special enough, but it fills the tummy. Thit Ba Roi, Tom Kho Tieu/ Braised black pepper pork belly and shrimp in clay pot goes perfect with white rice. It is just pure Vietnamese cooking.
This will be my weekly drive for Vietnamese food for the weekend.

Delicious Vietnamese food. There was a lot of food and it was satisfying to eat. The more people you have, the more you can order.
Everything tasted good. A group of crew members from an airline in China came to eat here. Apparently they have a contract.
Parking: Conveniently located next to Fred Meyer!

When I am a walk in and order crab fried rice, I realize once I got home there is no crab, just rice. And I tried several times before I came to this conclusion. I decided to order online and use a Asian/Korean name and to my surprise there was plenty of crab. If you are Afican American I don't recommend you buying anything because you will not be treated fairly. Food is good if they think you are not Black.

I love the atmosphere and the decorations inside here. The food was delicious, impressed in Canh Chua and Khay Cuon. The service was absolutely 10/10. I’ll definitely be back here later.

Great food
Very decorative, tasty, had a various selection of Vietnamese food!
The short:
Better quality than most other Vietnamese restaurants. Fair quality/price value.
The long:
I ordered the Com Tam Lang Viet (Broken Rice) combo plate. Often times I find the meats and sausages to be too salty at a lot of Vietnamese restaurants but this was seasoned just right. The fish sauce was well balanced; not overly sweet or salty.
I also had a Vietnamese ice coffee. It was good and how I expect it to be.
My friend had one of the salads with shrimp. I was suprised the shrimp wasn't overcooked, dry or tough (shrimp meat stuck to the shell type of dry).
The price was very fair/reasonable.
Note: food/price value was good enough for me to order another dish to go.

Stopped in for a Vietnamese coffee, something I get probably 3 times a week all over the Seattle metro area. This one is easily top 3, super strong and tasty!

I ordered through Uber Eats their savory shrimp crepe banh xeo and was blown away. The crepe was huge, lots of herbs, delicious sauce. I don't think people realize how hard it is to find a vietnamese restaurant that offers this and do it really well. Bravo! I'm impressed ?

Finally, a Vietnamese food restaurant (other than Pho) that serves "un-fusioned" Viet dishes...thanks for keeping it authentic ?
