More offended about the fact the guy looked me dead in the eyes and told me this pizza just came out the oven when it clearly didn’t. Not driving back for a new one . The gaslighting is crazy and unnecessary. I’m cramping so bad and I’m not driving back for a new one. Never going back to this location again

Ordered through the app, and the app sent the order to this store by accident. Immediately tried calling the store to cancel the order, and no answer. Phone just rings, then disconnects, no option to leave a message or anything. Tried calling 10 separate times over an hour, same thing, no answer and no voicemail system, just disconnects. No way to talk to anyone or to cancel an order either by phone or app. Talked to the other store and they said both stores (the one I ordered from and the one that had the erroneous order) are owned by the same person, and they would only accept contact through the app. Except the app’s contact button did nothing.
Extremely disappointed, will not return.

I ordered pepperoni cheese bread and this wouldn't be my first time, it is extremely good and I would highly recommend it to everyone also the Italian cheese bread, another hit! If you can, I recommend that you order ahead online via the app, because anything, just skip the line and grab your food from them. Little heater compartment thing that they had by the cash registers.

My wife insisted on Little Caesars for a quick lunch while I waited for my postal shift to end. Little Caesars fit the bill but the bread sticks ended the fun as my wife tore through them whilst I waited on the pizza to finish. No bread sticks for Kel!

So my mom and I went to get the pretzel crust pizza which is her favorite and. They didn't put cheese on it like she asked for and then they charged her for an extra pizza which she didn't want. The kids in the back who were working were cussing and you could hear them up front. On top of all that happening two orders that came after ours. Where done before ours. So I couldn't take it back because they were closed. When I went to see if they could fix the problem Because I couldn't just go back and get it fixed that same night. So we had to eat what we got made for us. When I went back with my receipt which was a little crumbled from being in my pocket. I tried to explain to the manger what happened and she was extremely rude to me and totally would not let me explain what I want to find out. I wanted to see if she would replace the order for us. She wouldn't even let me explain what I wanted and then she said NO I WON'T REPLACE YOUR ORDER along with a few other words. I left in tears because she was so rude to me and. So now I will never step foot in there well she is working again. I would love for someone to tell me what I should do about this and if you think she should replace our order and give us our money back for the other pizza.
