Horrible customer service on 6/13 between 2:30-2:45. The guy in the glasses has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I asked him very politely if I could please have the sauces already paid for with my order. He looked at me and ignored me. Then I waited politely another 5min for him to acknowledge me. When he begrudgingly handed over the product I had already purchased he gave me a nasty look and mumbles under is breath something negative. Horrible employee all around. If someone acted this way at my business, zero tolerance for poor attitude and awful customer care.

DO NOT ORDER BEWARE!! I Ordered online- got the wrong order for the 2nd time . No sodas and wrong pizza. Called two different custom service reps and both said they couldnt help and i called durdash too they let me go to fix the problem worse customer services DO NOT ORDER. BEWARE!!

Like everywhere some sketchy characters hanging around. Pizza was good fast and actually hot and cooked good . Way better than the one on washington. This will be my new go to little Ceasars. We'll done fellas!
Best Little Caesars Pizza I've ever visited!! The food is excellent, but the service is just phenomenal!! A special shout out to Luis as he's a great dude and made my day :-)

Says on the sign that they close at 930 but was told at 920 that I couldn't order because they were closing. That really shows laziness and is just crappy customer service. They need to be open for orders until they are closed. 930 closing time doesn't mean close at 9. Why even have your doors open if you won't serve anyone. The funny thing is the girl knew she was messing up doing that. The customer service has always been a bit underperforming. It sucks because I think I've had enough. I've never even been able to call ahead because they don't answer the phones either.

I ordered 7 pizza puffs over the phone, and when I went to pick them up, I asked for a bag and the checker person said that they don't provide any?! If I didn't have someone with me, I would have had to make 2 trips to my car. When I got home, none of the pizzas were marked, so you couldn't tell which one was which. They had the audacity to ask for a tip?!! My tip is to provide better service. Do not patronize the little Caesars on 240th in Kent
