Since the change of ownership, service has gone downhill. Slow af, no sense of staff being apologetic. Pizza is still on point, just service being slow. Won’t return.

Always clean looking inside, but only one door works with opening. Workers are always friendly. Usually only see about 2 people working. Pizza seems to be always fresh, but if it's busy then usually there might be 1 or 2 people ahead of you waiting. But usually no more than 5 minutes or so. Don't forget the have dipping sauces that are under a dollar, favs are buttery garlic and cheesy jalapeno. Always has something new every time I go there. Like once a month or 2.
Parking: Usually has a few spots open right in front of the of the entrance
Wheelchair accessibility: Only has one door that opens but may have to hold the door open that works. It doesn't have a automatic button pusher thingy to open the door.

Im vegetarian and it’s very hard to find veg food here. I give a try to their veg stuffed crust pizza. Thats was totally amazing “a perfect blend of taste”.
I’ve giving this place a few tries to give it more chances to get better. But pizza just doesn’t seem to be as good as other locations. Not sure what is going on. Nothing against the workers I just feel like the ingredients aren’t as tasty as other stores like down town Kent or maple valley four corners.
