Best to order ahead, just a lobby with 3 chairs. Seems to be high volume, so employees are going at 100 miles an hour. It cranks out pizza. The most important part, the price, it is consistent, and if you order online, fast. Very convenient, 5 minutes away, and hot. FYI, BYOB(bring your own bag). The only real hangup I have with this place. Other than that I feel they are a slice above the local competition.

Over charged me for a pizza that had less toppings? Doesn't make sense

This review is a culmination of several orders that were terrible with service, quality of food, and incorrect orders . They skimp on toppings and parmesan on crazy bread which Is undercooked . It doesn't take like crazy bread anymore . The Indian woman who I think is the owner told me she would correct our incorrect order and when I got there she lied and said no one ever called and she wouldn't be making me a correct order. Won't be going here again

Called in an order, when my husband got there they said they had given our order away and he had to wait again if he wanted it, when my husband got home I checked the receipt and they overcharged on a pizza it was supposed to be 9.46 like it's advertised on tv and their website but they charged him 14.89, even though it's not much it's still annoying, I rarely order from here but when I do it's always something

The cashier didn’t accept an old $100 made it seemed like it’s fake Granted, I have ordered from this little Caesars for years fast to speak to a manager told me they’re on break as a manager whether you were on break or not Available for your customers! I get the kid was Young but I just doing what he’s told. That being said he should’ve grabbed his manager because if that was, the only currency would’ve had then you would’ve lost out on Business and wasted food. We’re 2025. If you can’t tell a real $100 bill from a fake. You probably shouldn’t be in business. Matter fact, he shouldn’t take any paper money. If you’re so scared for all I know he gave me faith change $100 bills are not the only thing that people fake. It just makes no sense to have a judgment and lose potential customers get the proper equipment that you need to tell their real bills or just don’t accept cash.

I usually go to the Fairwood store just for the reason it closer and more convenient for me ..
The employees are nice at both places , but they just can't be compared with the quality of covington store.... I heave eaten at both stores more than a dozen times I have my made my mind up.. From now on i will only order from the Covington store because its worth the extra drive & time for the reward of extreme deliciousness !!!

Placed an order at 6:33pm and sat in the parking lot until 7:03 when my pizza was supposed to be ready, it was not ready and we were told 2 more mins and they'd have it boxed but we ended up waiting until 7:20pm when I finally asked what's going on again and they tell me their out of olives so they just didn't make my pizza or ask if I wanted a different topping. After getting upset they still took another additional 10 mins they finally give me food when I ask for a refund. By the time I received my food 90% of the order was cold and hard. I asked for management and was told there was none, I asked for some one like a shift manager and again was told there is none. None of the employees wanted to provide names or any info. After 1hr wait they find this service acceptable.

I always have a wonderful experience and great food at this store. The manager is wonderful. She continues to take care of me and my orders. I will return!

I frequent this place since it's the closest to me. Pretty good since it opened. I was quite excited to go pick up my order the other day, I ordered online, did a carryout order. I ordered the special mtn dew flavor from only at the little Ceasars location. I arrive, pick up my order and apparently they didn't carry that drink there... so why is it avaliable online then? Anyways. I was in a rush and just accepted another soda as replacement but I wish I asked for a refund for the soda. I also wasn't offered a refund for the soda.
