Liuyishou Hotpot + BBQ

It was definitely an experience since you get to eat both HOTPOT&KBBQ! You really do get the best of both world!
Service was amazing, especially Shelly , super kind and knowledgeable and walked us through the whole menu. definitely will be back again !

Heyyy! The food here was amazing, definitely worth checking out! Our server, Chris, absolutely made our experience amazing 🥹🥹. It was my Dad’s bday and he made the whole restaurant sing, def deserves a 11/10. Chris my king 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I was there for hotpot lunch combo for $19.80.

What is good:
1. Quality of soup.

What is bad:
1. Portion is small for that price compared to other chains eith similar combo.
2. Basic sauces are not included.
3. Rice, noodles are not included.
4. There are no to go boxes for left over soup!!

We are talking about combo and not all you can eat here. They try to pri e at something that seems reasonable but with so much exclusions and then they offer add ons....

Doesn't feel like a good business model for such a well known chain. Other similar chains offer so much more.

The place is nice and very affordable for hot pot and Korean bbq, and me and my boyfriend liked the concept of them together for he likes bbq and I like the hot pot aspect. For my low stars is I ordered oysters off of the specialty menu and after I cooked them even for over 5 minutes I bit into one and it was crunchy and extremely fishy. I complained about it and was just told I didn’t have to eat it. No refund or anything for at least the oysters and ended up with food poisoning the next day. Would not recommend!
