I have been coming here since 2023 and this has been my favorite cafe in the Kent / Des Moines area. Their drink options are hard to beat. The almond milk latte with a one pump of the sugar free hazelnut does not miss. The staff are some of the most kind people I have ever met.

I come to LULA to study all the time, and I always have such a positive experience. The drinks and food are consistently amazing. Today, I decided to try a new drink flavor and ended up not liking the combo at all. I let the barista, Leah, know and she immediately remade it for me with zero attitude. She was so kind, positive, and genuinely sweet about it. Her customer service made my day. Thank you, Leah!

I’m from out of state and was visiting family when I happened to stop by this coffee shop — and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff treated me like a regular even though it was my first time there. My drink was made perfectly, full of flavor, and honestly better than most places back home.
The shop was clean, cozy, and had such a comfortable vibe that I ended up staying longer than I planned. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be one of my go-to spots. I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in town!

I went there once for an interview meetup and it was very cute and looked like a nice place to study. The barista was very kind and I thought about coming again to study. I went in during the day (the first time was closer to sundown) and it was pretty busy but the music was extremely loud (like mall so I didn’t end up staying the study🥲. Besides that the cafe is super cute and the menu looks intriguing
