I ordered food for pick up and waited at the parking lot until the app told me the food was ready, and to my surprise when I went inside, I was told that someone at DoorDash had picked up my order. I ordered directly on the website and there was no indication that it was done through DoorDash so I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to remake my order. The manager couldn't explain why it was given to DoorDash and who knows where it went because I did not provide address information online when I submitted my Order. Spoke with the manager, and she did not have an answer for me and offered nothing for my inconvenience. Will probably not be going there again, and would not recommend an online order.

I had take out for 3 meals. Linguine with scampi, spaghetti with meat sauce. Fettuccini Alfredo with added mushrooms on the 1st and last meal. I Live appx 2 1/2 miles away from the restaurant. We opened the meals after I got home and all 3 were cold. After re-heating them they were really good. The only complaint we had was the mushrooms didn't really ever leave that sort of brick appearance? that and that they need to give a little bit more time between getting a salad and getting the main course of the meal brought out. We had just sat down from getting our salads when our entree Was brought out

Our server was great! I wish I remembered his name. Wish the pasta and butter on the kids menu came with a little bit of vegetables. The margherita pizza was good but kinda cool when it came out. Caesar salad has wayyyy too much dressing and (not fresh) parmesan. Definitely will ask for it on the side next time.Kid-friendliness: It’s loud because there are so many people so my 11-month-old screeching didn’t bother anyone. High chairs and booster seats galore. Kids menu and coloring page with crayons, though my son wasn’t ready for this just yet.

It was just so loud. I suppose that is part of the " atmosphere ". Last time we were there. The menu was a little different . No more eggplant Parm . ?. The chicken and pear salad was amazing . The pizza I had was good. I ordered all mushroom. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it fell a little flat for me . I will try the Marsala again next time. It's my usual when we go , it's always a good choice. I did not like the plate on salads came on where way too small . We were having a difficult time keeping it on the tiny plates . All of the portions seem to be a lot smaller as well

We definitely enjoy Mama Stortini's, but have been very disappointed in their Rewards Program and being able to get our points when going to Kent Station. They need to do something so I don't have to follow up every time to get my points!

Server to the left of the entrance was horrible. She was extremely inattentive and served us dirty appetizer plates and had an attitude when we asked for clean plates. Got drinks wrong twice, after forgetting them. Figured would be easier to drink the wrong drink than get the correct one (at all, let alone in a timely fashion). Lots of workers doing nothing but talking with eachother and drinking something behind the bar when they were slammed and busy at happy hour. Had a decent experience in federal way- NOT HERE. Will not be returning.
