Absolutely fantastic Chinese food. As good as, if not better, than any other Chinese food I've ever had. Highly recommend to anyone in the Seattle area.
SOOO DELICOUS! We ordered the pork xio long bao, beef noodle soup with handmade noodles, and the beef scallion roll. Tasted just like we were in Taiwan where I first tried these dishes. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was absolutely delicious!!!! The best dumplings I have had in the greater Seattle area. In addition to the dumplings, their bao is out of this world: soft, fluffy, airy, warm. I also ordered their chicken vermicelli and it had great flavor and was a large serving. I left there so satisfied and can’t wait to visit again. The staff were very friendly and inviting. I appreciated that they gave space to eat without coming around every few minutes. The empty plates were taken as soon they were cleared, drinks filled, and check was brought without asking for it. Overall, perfect experience!

Terrible attitude. I ordered one item, a noodle soup togo from this place. This sever, a guy with glasses, told me it’ll take 15 minutes, came back in 15 minutes, not ready so I sat down and wait. Other customers walked in for dine in at the same time, after 10 more minutes, their food came, multiple dishes came to their table. I asked the server why is my order not ready yet, again, it was ONE item. His attitude was terrible, said they’re still making. At this point I might as well believe that they’re needing the dough and making the noodle from scratch. Anyways my order took over 30 minutes. This male server with glasses has a ridiculously bad attitude during the whole time and I will never come back here.

Amazing braised beef noodle soup, broth soaked into the noodles very well.
Lots of money for not a lot of food, though.

This is a hidden gem, buried inside the Great Wall shopping center but worth its own visit. Reasonably priced jiaozi as good or better than Din Tai Fun but much more approachable and without the long lines or price. Everything’s good and authentic but I’d especially recommend the lamb pan-fried dumplings and the salt and pepper shrimp.

Hands down my favorite place to eat. I celebrate most birthdays here and have had groups from 2-10 all dine together here.
The owners are kind and wonderful people, the food is crazy good, and they’ve recently remodeled. (Admittedly I loved the vibe of it before, but it’s beautiful looking now)
My “base meal” is usually: (table of 3-4)
1 Beef Pancake Roll per person
1 Crispy Fried Pork & Chive
2 potato salad
1 Pork Xiao Long Bao
1 Herbal Lamb Hot Pot
1 Order Green beans
1 Order Pork Belly W/BokChoy
This is a great base of food to start adding on more things. Do yourself a big favor and check them out.

There was a roach on the ground walking around in there. Food was ok but really oily. Also the cucumber salad we were served had no flavor and was clearly very old. Sadly I cannot recommend
The food is always excellent and the staff is friendly. Atmosphere is very casual and can get a little crowded at times. One of my local favorites!

We had their braised beef noodle soup and spicy braised intestine soup. Both were amazing and delicious with the handmade noodles. Price is also great, no ridiculously expensive prices on simple things like a side bowl of white rice. We fed the 2 of us and our 2 very little kids for under $40. 100% recommend going to this place.

Better than Din Tai Fung.
Sorry, it’s the truth. Not that I don’t love DTF, but these guys know dumplings, and noodles, and everything in between!
Any pan-fried dumpling dish is a MUST, and they also do green beans!
And the staff is super nice.
Everything is made in house and it’s always piping hot!

I am so glad this restaurant is still open. I love their dumplings and I am so happy they have a few good vegetarian options. They also have excellent soup dumplings which is very hard to find outside of the overpriced places in Seattle. This place is a much more affordable options without compromising quality.
