I've never ordered from them online, but I have had their ravioli in both a high end restaurant and from Whole Foods. It's absolutely, hands down the best gluten-free pasta I've found in 20 years of being GF. Thank you, Manini's, for making such a great product!

I have been gluten free for 10 years. Maninis is the best flour I have ever used in all those years. It is delicious, the texture is great, and it works fabulously as a cup for cup flour in my old recipes.
