Not the best restaurant to go to in this area, especially if for families. The place had a bunch of adult males hanging out in the back, who side eyed anyone they didn't recognize. The server was very kind, but left in the middle of our order. Granted he did go to help someone carry some food delivery inside, but at least excuse yourself instead of just abruptly walking away. We visited from Colorado and were so glad we found Mazar Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Afghan flavor, and the staff were incredibly kind and respectful. A beautiful spot that made our trip to Washington even better. Highly recommend.
