Better than most McDonald's. Plan to spent 5 to 18 minutes in the driveway. The food is typical McDonald's, the frequency of use guarantees that it is going to be fairly fresh. Dont order things that most people dont order because thats how you get stuff that has been sitting and waiting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s I waited over two hours for my food and when it finally arrived it was cold and soggy absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant There was no communication no apology and clearly no urgency This is not the level of service anyone should expect from McDonald’s Will definitely be thinking twice before ordering here again.

Asked for ONE bbq sauce, told its28 cents...I guarantee their billion dollar corporation can survive if they give away .0025 bbq sauce. Sad how much of a money grab mcdonalds has become

"I visited the drive-thru at this Kent location, ordered a sundae, and was surprised by the exceptionally long wait. When I finally received my sundae, I didn't notice it was melted until it was too late. To make matters worse, the lid had a huge opening, and before I knew it, I was covered in ice cream. Unfortunately, they didn't even offer me napkins.
The general manager offered to replace my sundae, but did so in a condescending manner. It was frustrating, and I can understand why people get angry at fast food restaurants."

First I wanna say I normally have no problem with this place I order here all the time and had good food and good service but tonight wasn’t the night, I know it was Christmas Eve and everyone wants to get home but what happened kinda just felt like they were cutting corners. I had placed an order on the app and was waiting in the drive thru when I was informed they closed and aren’t taking any orders and I had explained to them I had placed an order on the mobile pickup 35mins before hand. They said there was nothing they can do and I would get a refund if I just wait because it would say I never picked it up which was disappointing after waiting in a line for 30mins it left a bad taste of how this McDonald’s operates.
Horrible service, stingy with sauce for chicken nuggets, ordered a 40 piece, only gave me 6 sauces

I went to get the Genshin impact collaboration meal through the app (September 19, 2024). I got there and it was nice and simple. Not sure how fast it would be if I ordered on the giant screen but I recommend the McDonald's App. Can't go wrong with fries (Medium is a bit small imo). Chicken sandwhich is not bad as usual and the Icee was nice and chill but looks a bit small in my opinion.
I got the Genshin Wings code so no issues for that.
