I went to McDonald’s rn at 12 a.m.—and of course, the drive-thru line is insanely long. But I’m starving, so I decide to wait it out. After like 25 minutes, it’s finally my turn to pay. The girl at the first window looks like she locks it and then walks away, so I assume they’re just taking payments at the second window (which some McDonald’s do), and I go ahead and pull forward. As I’m passing the first window, she suddenly opens it and yells, “REALLY?” and I immediately panic—like, oh crap. So now I’m at the second window, literally shaking. She storms up, opens it with a nasty look, and I start apologizing like crazy, saying I got confused and holding my money out. She just goes, “Well, get back in line to pay because I’m not going back and forth.” It was an honest mistake. I was already having such a horrible day. I didn’t get back in line because it was just so long. And honestly I felt humiliated.

On Thursday June 5th me and my sister older 10 piece chicken nuggets and we didn't didn't get our sweet and sour sauce and our dr pepper was diet and we didn't older diet dr pepper and aslo we didn't get our straws either so we aren't happy at all with McDonald's so McDonald's sucks don't go to McDonald's in Kent Washington

paid for the order on 5/23 around 6:50pm the terminal did not provide a receipt contacted the McDonald's employee unfortunately the employee could not detect my order and asked to make it again PU167 so I paid McDonald's twice losing another $15 on this, but I saw my order PU765, the employee cheated me, thus this establishment earns twice

As we were enjoying our food. My kids noticed lots of ants on the floor leading to the walls and chairs. They immediately wanted to leave. As I looked around the area. I see why ants were all over each table. There are lots of crumbs on the floor. It has seemed they have not swept for a good min.

Really bad service, whenever we order breakfast through the app they cancel it. After my order was cancelled I drove over there to order breakfast through the drive through. They then gave me a big breakfast with no hotcakes dispite me asking otherwise. They have a lack of following through with things and taking proper orders.👎

On Monday 4/21 I ordered my chicken sweet tea and happy meal. I am 4 months pregnant and I found Bugs (dead ants and another bug) in my sweet tea. I live in Covington and couldnt drive back to the McDonald location. When I was in town on Friday 4/25 is stopped by with my receipt and the tea with the bugs in it. I brought it to their attention they stated they are aware they have a bug problem their eco lab came back for ant infestation and refused to refund me my money for my order. I mentioned to them I tried calling on Monday and Tuesday and kept getting busy signals. The manager said their phones haven't worked in a year.

Honestly impressed by just how stereotypical "McDonald's employee who hates their job" the vibe was here. Pretty embarrassing. Had to go in to take my toddler to the bathroom and was completely ignored. Employee at the counter was giving bate minimum/rubella service to the customer in front of me, never acknowledged me, then threw her hands up and rushed to the bathroom. I just chased her in. When I went through the drive thru to use my app, that same employee was literally running back behind the window and goofing off. Went to the second window and waited for a solid 2 minutes while the guy there played on his phone. Finally got his attention and he gave me the bag of food without a word or even eye contact. Then the bun on my sandwich was burnt. There were hardly any other customers. This place clearly has employees who don't give a hoot and give off "spit in your food" vibes. Ew.

A bit late but I'll give my review of the chicken big mac meal (Ordered on October 23rd, 2024).

The chicken big mac was surprising better then I thought. I believe there was more meat the regular big mac. Fries are a classic of course so you can't go wrong with that. For the drink, I got a Mango smoothie for the substitute and it tasted cold and refreshing. The 10 piece chicken nugget was 1 dollar with a coupon so I highly recommend ordering through the app.

From looking at other reviews, people have received terrible luck when it comes to this place in particular. The only strange thing I saw was when they closed doors so I couldn't get my food inside and had to wait for them outside to receive my food. I recommend checking your food since it's a coin toss on quality from this place.

Random take, I had the McRib and it reminded me of cafeteria food in high school.
