Honestly impressed by just how stereotypical "McDonald's employee who hates their job" the vibe was here. Pretty embarrassing. Had to go in to take my toddler to the bathroom and was completely ignored. Employee at the counter was giving bate minimum/rubella service to the customer in front of me, never acknowledged me, then threw her hands up and rushed to the bathroom. I just chased her in. When I went through the drive thru to use my app, that same employee was literally running back behind the window and goofing off. Went to the second window and waited for a solid 2 minutes while the guy there played on his phone. Finally got his attention and he gave me the bag of food without a word or even eye contact. Then the bun on my sandwich was burnt. There were hardly any other customers. This place clearly has employees who don't give a hoot and give off "spit in your food" vibes. Ew.

A bit late but I'll give my review of the chicken big mac meal (Ordered on October 23rd, 2024).
The chicken big mac was surprising better then I thought. I believe there was more meat the regular big mac. Fries are a classic of course so you can't go wrong with that. For the drink, I got a Mango smoothie for the substitute and it tasted cold and refreshing. The 10 piece chicken nugget was 1 dollar with a coupon so I highly recommend ordering through the app.
From looking at other reviews, people have received terrible luck when it comes to this place in particular. The only strange thing I saw was when they closed doors so I couldn't get my food inside and had to wait for them outside to receive my food. I recommend checking your food since it's a coin toss on quality from this place.
Random take, I had the McRib and it reminded me of cafeteria food in high school.

This McDonald’s here in Kent is by far the worst when I ordered my food they put pickles on my burger, but they didn’t listen. I asked my burgers plain so they charged me for a refund because my order was wrong

I ordered in the app for curbside pickup. When I pulled up, it showed my order was already picked up. So I had to go through the drive thru. Once at the window, they handed me half my order. I then had to ask for each item at a time which took multiple minutes. Then, when I tried the food, every single item was stale and disgusting. There were at least 10 employees and none seemed busy. All were just chatting

I was denied service because I brung my dog I just asked to order 2 waters he kept saying he can't but ended up rushing the water and ran away I have my pup for a reason and I can't be denied...I need my pup he was very rude I hope nobody ever goes in this place again he was just a small 3onth old I just got from the shelter! The guy was an elderly white man this happened around noon at the Kent location by the Walgreens up the hill! 11/8/2024

Everytime i come, i get 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with no cheese. It's usually fine until today. I ordered my normal thing and they give me no egg. I'm upset. And don't have time to come back today

Stood in front of the register for about 10 minutes not getting service went to Burger King instead
They have self-order kiosks but now they won't just let you use them they make you sign up to their app and you have to scan it at the kiosk like man I just wanted some damn fries
They try hard here to get it right
