There are many McDonalds but this one is mine. Service is better than most and the food is exactly what you expect. Its attached to a gas station, so it's smaller than the full sized resteraunts and parking is shared with the station.

Your typical McDonald's. The food is get what you pay for. The service was much better than expected. Restrooms were clean. I had a double cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and fresh.

I've worked in food service so I understand how it can be. That said, I can literally see 9 people in there and only 3 are actually working. All I ordered was a drink and 2 dip cups and I had to wait 20 minutes. Literally 10 minutes before I even got anything, I watched them mark it off and they came and told me they didn't have large so I got a downgrade. (no compensation) Honestly, I just wanted the sauce for my food I already had so IDC. Not one of those lazy old people standing there decided to help me. How hard is it to put a cup under a machine and press a button. What a joke

I went through the drive thru and got my coke with fruit flys all over it. This place is disgusting and wouldn't recommend. The McDonalds on 212th street had much better service and food quality.

Forgot my Large Fries. Gave me the wrong dipping sauce for Chicken Strips.
Food was good. Chicken nuggets were fresh and hot but fries were just warm and not very crisp. Customer in front of me i can hear was yelling so loud and irritated. The person taking the order was surprisingly polite still. Wanted to commend her because that customer was very rude. I think her name was Redina. Great customer service.

The food is always WARM never fresh, their service is okay. What I don’t understand is they’re barely busy in the front due to only a minimum of people who pay cash up front and the rest use kiosk! So if you guys aren’t so busy why do they not bring our food to any of the peoples table who orders dine in? They’ll call peoples table number but most of the people who have kids can’t hear through the damn glass door their numbers so the people will wait about 20 minutes till they realize their food is not coming to their table! And this even goes for the people that’s not in the kid area, some workers don’t even call numbers! They’ll just sit the food in that little wait box expecting people to know when their food is done. The atmosphere is so empty. There’s only about 5 of them working yet our food is cold, no one can bring the food to the tables. I believe only drive through receives fresh food.

Horrible experience and never coming here again. The lady who apparently claimed to be the manager said she couldn’t give me my drink without ice because that’s how I ordered it. I forgot to say no ice when ordering, she does not care about customer service. You can’t remove ice from a two dollar drink? Keep in mind this McDonald’s does not even offer refills while every other McDonald’s do. Cheapskates.

They won't refill a drink despite, although all other McDonalds do. On top of that, the food was poorly made, even for McDonalds standards. Definitely worth driving to a different location.
