Came here at 8:00pm 12/15/25 the line is taking forever. They aren’t paying attention to customers. One girl standing at the register on her phone like it’s break time. When you work in a fast food place you have to be fast and customer service is key. Do better of quit your job

30 minutes for a curbside pickup for a large frappe that my boyfriend then had to go in to get, which wasn't made correctly with the extra money I paid. Ridiculous.

Very rude there nasty I watched the worker take trash out go make food bring it to an customer the floor was nasty with food dropped everywhere, they laugh in your face very unprofessional and disrespectful never go here i just came to allow the kids to play and they are very rude to kids and didnt want to sell me anything as if I'm a criminal my daughter asked for sweet sour they told her they dont have none but then turn around and give another customer the sauce seems like they was racist

TLDR: Evening team repeatedly forgets my extra patties, defeating the purpose of convenient service.

​I am extremely disappointed with this location. In my last three visits, they have forgotten to add the extra patties I paid for twice. Both times this happened, it was around 4:00 PM, which points to a serious lack of attention to detail during this specific shift.
​The entire point of the drive-thru is convenience. I shouldn't have to park my car, unwrap my burger to double-check it, and then walk inside to get it fixed especially when I've paid extra for specific modifications. It defeats the purpose of the drive-thru entirely. Please retrain your afternoon team on accuracy.

Ordered ahead of time only to wait 45 minutes for my order. When I went inside, there were lots of people waiting around, but the counter was empty. Not sure if they were understaffed or just poorly managed, but I highly recommended going to a different location.

Our entire order was completely wrong, whenever we would talk the guy taking the order would talk over us, every single time we said an order he would be talking over us. If he listened and took our order without interrupting he would’ve probably gotten it right.

The girl working at the drive-through tonight has no idea what she’s doing or how to ring in orders. Not sure why she’s in the drive-through. Then when I get to window two, the people there are just arguing with me, and as I’m questioning them because upon looking at the receipt things are still wrong.

When did service go to shit at McDonald’s? I worked at a location for three years. My general manager would not put up with this behavior or service.

Rude workers, I ordered, eaten, and I was chilling, didn't do anything and just lay there, and didn't shake anything, but woman worker came to me and said stand up u can't sleep here, I didnt even close my eyes lol.

Terrible service, was a heavier indian lady working up front- she told me to order at the screen, told her i had cash, left and didnt come back. I gave up and was going to order at the screen, the code i had kept giving a blank screen and wasnt letting me select the product on the machine. Went to the front to order again and she said the code expired, i told her it didnt work on the screen. She told me to wait the cool down time for their OWN issue. Wpuld

Charged for sauces when I got a M water and it said it was free on the receipt super weird usually water comes free when you order something boy guess I was wrong. She said you gotta pay for it and rang me two sauces not going back weird other mcdonalds dont do this, just this one. Terrible counter service at first I tried to buy two large waters and I was told I cant do that because of the monopoly id have to charge you full price for a different drink for water. Usually they ring me up a dollar for 2 large waters I've been here many times before this was new and a bad experience.
