McDonald's offers a great atmosphere with a beautiful interior and pleasant-smelling, clean bathrooms. Customers can expect good customer service, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. However, there have been issues with the quality of the McCrispy, which looked "McBurnt" in one instance. While food usually arrives quickly, even when the restaurant is busy, there have been reports of waiting up to 15 minutes for a large order. The self-service kiosks used for ordering in the restaurant have resulted in some customers giving a lower service rating. Overall, the experience at this McDonald's is generally positive, but there is room for improvement in quality control for the McCrispy and the new kiosk system.
