Every Saturday for a month I've tried to come here at 5:30am and No one comes to the driver thru even though they are supposed to be 24hrs

McDonald's food OVERALL is and HAS ALWAYS BEEN in my opinion, just mediocre. However, they have THE BEST chocolate chip cookies I've tasted since my grandmother 👵 🍪 used to make them for me when I was little.

They charged me for two burrito meals when I made it clear I only wanted one meal. Got a refund for an orange juice because they gave me two, realized I got extra food than what I wanted . $$$ I lost because they cant answer their phone (it’s not an active number) do better
Why advertise the pokemon happy meals if you don’t have them? Lame.

The customer service and speed of service was great! The cheeseburgers and drinks taste and temperature was good. The taste and temperature of the fries and chicken nuggets was not good at all.
Please do not keep selling cold chicken nuggets and fries. If you make too much, then please do the right thing and throw them away. You guys are especially known for your delicious fries, so you should take pride in serving them the way they should be!
Also, we pay a lot for fast food nowadays, so it is extremely disapointing when it is not a good quality purchase. Because of the cost of fast food, this trip was a once in a blue moon, special visit for us and though the customer service was very good, sadly, we were not happy with the quality of about half of the product that we recieved.
Please do better in the future, especially with your signature items such as french fries! Keep up the great customer service as this is what saved this review from being a complete negative!

There is something wrong with the kiosks at this location. I ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries, the machine didn't pick up the correct number, and I am explaining the issue to someone who is NOT listening at all. That is frustrating, I explained this 4 times, and the person just wasn't getting it guess. 😑 I doubt we will be back to this location anytime soon.

Every single morning now for over a month, you can get an iced coffee. The workers say the machine down, yet they have iced coffee on the menu. We'll, then take it off the menu then. The machine clearly works, cause I'm able to get an iced coffee here in the afternoon. So what gives?
Sometimes the burgers are burnt and you can smell that they use old oil to fry the french fries the service in the inside is very poor and the prices come on that's ridiculous fair prices are way too high for the way they cook the food and the way they serve it
