McDonald's food OVERALL is and HAS ALWAYS BEEN in my opinion, just mediocre. However, they have THE BEST chocolate chip cookies I've tasted since my grandmother 👵 🍪 used to make them for me when I was little.

They charged me for two burrito meals when I made it clear I only wanted one meal. Got a refund for an orange juice because they gave me two, realized I got extra food than what I wanted . $$$ I lost because they cant answer their phone (it’s not an active number) do better

The customer service and speed of service was great! The cheeseburgers and drinks taste and temperature was good. The taste and temperature of the fries and chicken nuggets was not good at all.
Please do not keep selling cold chicken nuggets and fries. If you make too much, then please do the right thing and throw them away. You guys are especially known for your delicious fries, so you should take pride in serving them the way they should be!
Also, we pay a lot for fast food nowadays, so it is extremely disapointing when it is not a good quality purchase. Because of the cost of fast food, this trip was a once in a blue moon, special visit for us and though the customer service was very good, sadly, we were not happy with the quality of about half of the product that we recieved.
Please do better in the future, especially with your signature items such as french fries! Keep up the great customer service as this is what saved this review from being a complete negative!

Every single morning now, for over a month - these folks don't allow you as a customer, to get an iced coffee in the morning. They keep claiming the machine is down. Yet you can get an iced coffee in the afternoon. Sounds like the morning crew just doesn't want to work.

There is something wrong with the kiosks at this location. I ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries, the machine didn't pick up the correct number, and I am explaining the issue to someone who is NOT listening at all. That is frustrating, I explained this 4 times, and the person just wasn't getting it guess. 😑 I doubt we will be back to this location anytime soon.

Every single morning now for over a month, you can get an iced coffee. The workers say the machine down, yet they have iced coffee on the menu. We'll, then take it off the menu then. The machine clearly works, cause I'm able to get an iced coffee here in the afternoon. So what gives?
Sometimes the burgers are burnt and you can smell that they use old oil to fry the french fries the service in the inside is very poor and the prices come on that's ridiculous fair prices are way too high for the way they cook the food and the way they serve it

Why let me order breakfast off the breakfast menu, if when I wait in line and get to the window after 10 minutes, breakfast is over and I cant have my order? What a waste of time.

I came in used once of the deals from the app. Went to the restroom and was followed up in. Employee left w/o washing her hands! And this is not the first time I've seen this. I came out and was having a conversation with an acquaintance and was rudely interrupted by this young shift mgr...or that's what she claimed. Anyways, she proceeded to tell me that I only had 30 minutes before I had to leave. Now in the past I've come in and ordered my fries and drink and ate those. Then a little while later I would go and order my McDouble and get the deal for buy one get one for a dollar. Then sit down and enjoy my meal. So obviously I was here more than 30 minutes. I have never had somebody that rude come up to me and say something like that. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and that was absolute horse shit. I proceeded to ask her if she had spoken with the other guests that were already here and told them the same thing. In fact there's a group of three doing paperwork in the corner and they were here for a while before I showed up and not a word. When I try to bring any of that up and point that out to her she runs into the back. The behavior I've experienced here is discriminating, rude, disrespectful and more she kept giving me this sly little grin like it was a big game to her. I'm going to report her, Rebecca that is, to the health department and McDonald's corporate office because they need to know what is going on here. It's mostly Hispanic people that work here I believe it's owned by Hispanic individual which is no big deal. But from what I understand I have a bad habit of not being very cleanly in the sense of washing hands. And when I spoke about the discrimination it was discrimination against homeless people. And no time when we come in do we leave a mess, cause any issues make it loud conversations or do anything whatsoever that is inappropriate. We order our food. We pay for i. And we eat it. We are no different than any other customer and yet to come up out of the blue and tell us that we only have 30 minutes it was just ridiculous. I do not recommend coming here at all. Especially with when it comes to the cleanliness issue. I know I don't like the idea of somebody going to the bathroom touching into the parts of your body and then going and touching my food. Would you be okay with it?
