I like McDonald's. Mostly because it's been years since I've had any kind of bad experience. Or I guess it had been years. Til I came to this location. I got bad food. Cold. Old. Didn't taste good. Sorry but with prices like they are now you don't get the option of serving duds.

Was was really disappointed I went here a couple of days ago I had the chicken sandwich was terrible and the fries weren't that good they weren't very warm and they seem like they they put like a half of a mountain and a medium sized box which seems a little chince the fries were very expensive. Unless you're starving I wouldn't go to this one.Parking: Probably the best McDonald's to find a parking spot is this place is loaded down with parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: One of the best probably the flattest parking lot on Earth.

Every time I order from this location, I am missing items. Also, the fries are always awful as others have mentioned. They are always cold, hard and stale tasting. Almost like eating cardboard. And they have a habit of filling fries half way only. They seriously need to hire better employees.

Employees don't know how to read the screen and give you what you ordered. They gave me the wrong items 3 times in a row while I was there. I had to show them what was ordered on my phone, and she couldn't read it. It's not a hard job at all!! There's no reason they can't read the screen and do the job correctly.

3 star for service dining in since staff have been replaced by kiosks. Drive thru folks are fabulous here at 348th. In MANY years I've gone there I have had only 1 error in the order and they promptly fixed it. And they are always friendly.
