Poor customer service order 3 drinks 2 completely floral tasting not able to drink asked to exchange was told I can get dicount on Future order smh like really? I have never tasted something so horrible claims it's the green tea no fix to the solution just a I'm sorry yeah me too waste of money don't buy if your thirsty that's for sure

We tried the ube and Oreo milk tea, and both were good! The drinks weren’t too sweet, which we liked. The ube milk tea doesn’t allow sweetness adjustments, but it was just right for us. If you prefer milk tea that’s not too sweet, I’d recommend this place. The customer service was friendly, and the owner or manager was especially kind and welcoming.

Simply the best bubble tea shop in the Seattle area. The Brown Sugar Boba Crème Brûlée drink is fantastic, the tea flavor is strong in their tea-based drinks, and their boba is delightfully chewy!

This establishment denies access to the bathroom for people who have a qualified medical disability that requires immediate access to the bathroom. They are in violation of RCW 70.54.400. Please do not support their business because they discriminate against people with medical conditions/disabilities. They are lucky if I don't sue them, but may change my mind. I will be reporting them to the health department!

Miss Boba has become my guiltiest pleasure. I have lived in Asian saturated cities my whole life and even visited Taiwan for truly authentic boba, and Miss Boba is the absolute best out there. I would drive a whole hour into the unknown for these precious pearls of gluttony and never did they disappoint me in the slightest. My biggest regret is not ordering more by the time I finish my drink.
The teas are all amazing, the fresh milk is amazing, the toppings are all amazing. But you most definitely cannot leave this place without getting their brown sugar boba, make it a large, do yourself a solid and just get that extra cup so you can be happy for an extended amount of time.
Pretty good boba, just the right sweetness, tender yet chewy. Their cream top from the cream puff tastes pretty legit, unlike creams from other famous boba chain where it tastes like they use non-dairy stuff. The tastes remind from here really reminded me of Ding Tea in California. It would be great if they put French fries on the menu with Cholimex. The staff is friendly. 100% recommended.

The service attitude is very good. The sister at the front desk is so gentle and will explain the best way to drink the drinks. The signature brown sugar may be too sweet for Asians, but there's nothing wrong with it except that it's a bit expensive, and the pearls are delicious.

Staff are very nice and informed us on the best way to enjoy the drink. Boba is very soft and chewy. They use real brown sugar from Taiwan. We ordered the Mango Guava fruit tea (seasonal) and brown sugar creme Brulee. 10/10 would order both again.
