The cook of the pizza was too busy on talking to his “sugar mama” (he was loudly bragging about it when we walked in) on the phone in the back to have any sense of urgency for the 5 pizzas waiting for him to finish. He made eye contact from the kitchen with customers and still took his sweet time. On top of that, they screwed up both my husband’s and my pizza order, which especially sucks for our allergens. This place is trash in every way.

Food is great, but the customer service is awful. The last few times i visit this location i’ve received 0 star service, but this time my it my last visit. I came in 2 hours before closing, but over half the toppings were already put away and saran wrapped but whatever i continued on quite bummed out. i pay and wait, then i hear my name called out and i see the pizza box serviced on the counter. I become annoyed at this point because i know they always ask what sauce you want on top when they cut it, so i ask if i could please get sauce on top and you know what she did? she looked at me as if i was stupid. now this wasn’t the 1st, nor the 2nd but the 3rd time this same girl has done this while serving me. I have worked in all different kinds of customer service jobs and still do to this day, but this chick is just straight up rude! babe, it isn’t that hard to be nice. It’s literally your job.

This has to be the worst MOD I’ve ever been to. The staff has no sense of urgency. One of the staff was handling a person’s pizza with her bare hands, then after she had touched the pizza dough, she then decided to put gloves on. The store was mostly clean.

Had the spicy tomato sauce on the pizza. It tasted weird but i finished the pizza. Went home and my stomach was killing me. I wanted to throw up but couldnt. Was in bed by 8pm and couldnt sleep from the pain till 1. Their ingredients are bad.
Horrible experience. Made online order, and cook was so rude when I asked about my order. They proceeded to give everyone else their food, and I still waited 10 more minutes. They said they didn’t have dough but everyone else even knew orders got their food before me. Will not be coming back, horrible service and food seemed unsanitary as well. They touch everything without changing gloves and stuff eww

The salad has seemingly gotten smaller and the pizza was not good. The girls in there were not suited for that role as the line was crazy and noone at the counter. Uber eats orders were backed up as well and many missing tickets. I was disappointed . Seems to have lost their touch! This was Kent station so maybe covington is still rocking! I doubt I will try it again though...

After waiting in line for 20 minutes (even though there was only one other Customer and 3 employees), I got the 11” size pizza for $6.99. But I was charged for a mega thick crust ($13.99). I asked for the garlic rub on my pizza, and the women grabbed a handful of garlic and slapped it all on one piece of the pizza in a glob. She didn’t even bother to use the garlic oil on it either. I then waited 20 more minutes for them to cook my pizza. Oh and they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza right. One slice was about half the pizza, and the other slice you could eat in 2 bites. Would not recommend this place. They don’t care about cleanliness or customer service.
