No customer service. Unfriendly workers and took forever to get just 2 mini pizzas. Do better. Will not return to this place and won't recommend to anyone else.

This is the slowest MOD ever. We’ve come multiple times trying to give them grace but we’ve consistently waited 40+ minutes to get our pizzas. Food is great but I’d go to any other location.

Frankly, MOD management needs to fix this. Waiting to order while they prep online orders first is a bad customer experience. The employees in store are not at fault and are great, but it's ridiculous to wait over 10 minutes to even place an order. In person still matters, MOD needs to change this. Service the customer in your face first.

Manager Todd or tom was horrible in service because of how I wanted my pizza cooked Went to Him yelling at me because he trying To cook The pizza and make the pizza because I wanted my pizza cooked more he had a problem with trying to tell Me he worked there for 8 years doesn't show me how he handled anything right I felt Very threatened as he was yellin at me like I was A kid like he was in some type of Drug didn't care that everyone was watching him yell at me I would never go Back to this store and I should really make A complaint or even report him as a threat

I love MOD. Plain and simple. I always come in for the same thing and they’re relatively fast depending on the amount of people which is understandable. No complaints. Today I happened to be helped by Alexa and she was great. She made us four pizzas and worked relatively fast and made pleasant conversation while working.

I love this MOD location. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, always making my strange pizza exactly as I like it.
I had a bad experience at the just poké next door and came into the MOD to eat my food, and one of the employees talked to me for a short time and even offered me a beverage to brighten my spirits. The people who work here are just bred differently. They’re all so wonderful.
