I love MOD. Plain and simple. I always come in for the same thing and they’re relatively fast depending on the amount of people which is understandable. No complaints. Today I happened to be helped by Alexa and she was great. She made us four pizzas and worked relatively fast and made pleasant conversation while working.

I love this MOD location. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, always making my strange pizza exactly as I like it.
I had a bad experience at the just poké next door and came into the MOD to eat my food, and one of the employees talked to me for a short time and even offered me a beverage to brighten my spirits. The people who work here are just bred differently. They’re all so wonderful.

The worst experiemce Ive ever had. 20 miniutes to order amd the manager who was cooking the pizzas, made excuses and was completely unorganized. 40 minites total to get our simple order

I just love mod pizza. The pizza is a little expensive for what you get on the plate, but it's so freaking tasty, and the establishments are always so clean. There wasn't a dirty table anywhere, and even on the other side of the counter, it was spotless. 5 stars all the way.

This is by far the worst Mod Pizza I have ever been to in my many years on this Earth. I go here for lunch consistently and the food quality has always been subpar. The last and final time I went I witnessed an argument between two employees concerning how all their ingredients were expired. It took nearly an hour for them to make me my pizza, and to top it off it was heavily burnt and tasted quite gross. I got food poisoning afterwards as well, which I am 100% confident occurred due to the expired pizza I was served. As a ServSafe Certified Food Safety Manager I cannot believe this place is still in business, and am actively reporting the place to every health department I can think of. The FSAC has been notified, as well as the WSDOH, who I keep in direct contact with. The dyed red hair employee was quite kind and apologetic for serving me an awful pizza. As well as the fact she didn’t seem comfortable serving it to me, which was duly noted. I appreciate that not every employee is as rotten as the food served here, although to my understanding that singular individual is the only employee on the grounds who’s ever monitored the quality of the food I’ve eaten. On the other hand, the employee with glasses and the tacky purple hat who made me my excuse for pizza paid me no mind and continued to massacre pizzas in front of me for the duration of my meal. This place is utterly awful, and they should expect multiple health code violation investigations sooner than later. As I have already received verbal confirmation that this will occur.

Today I went for a salad and garlic cheese bread because I wanted something light and balanced, so I saw online that MOD had something suitable on their menu. When I got to the preparation counter, the guy asked what I wanted and started preparing my order. To my surprise, I noticed he was using the same gloves he had used for the customer before me, and they were torn, leaving his skin exposed. Not only that, but he also went to the back, touching various surfaces along the way—doors, handles, drawers, etc.—and without washing his hands or even changing gloves, he started making my salad. That's unacceptable in a food establishment; it's unhygienic and promotes cross-contamination. If this continues, I'll file a complaint with the health inspection department.
