MOD Pizza is always a good choice! Their Neapolitan-style pizzas are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive. Never been disappointed - great food and good service, every time!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Just wanted extra pep and sausage and looks like barely anything for 12$. The salad was supposed to be the Italian chop and it came with a handful of spinach only, no romaine or arugula and barely any other toppings for a 12$ salad?? Just not worth it honestly anymore.

I always enjoy going to Mod pizza. I was there on Friday and the staff was really busy. They were well staffed and efficient in getting everyone served. I was surprised to see how hard they all were working together and still had smiles on their faces.

I love mod pizza I just don't care for how some of the people that make you're food for you act like they pay for all the fixing so they try and give only minimum. Then some not all but most when you ask for more it's like pulling teeth. So if they would treat my asking for more like it's such a problem like it's going to come out of their pocket.

The last 2 visits to this location have made me want to never go back. Last week we stood in line for 30 minutes. There were only 4 people in front of us and we did not move at all during that time. We finally left in frustration. Tonight we ordered ahead, was told our pizzas would be ready for pickup at 6:40. They didn't even go in the oven until 6:45. We sat and watched them build pizzas at a glacial pace. The person running the oven would have one pizza in the oven and 4 on the rack and would be filling sauce cups. Finally got our pizzas after figuring out they had been sitting on separate racks and he was unaware they went together. Both pizzas were cold.They are either way understaffed or under trained but the service here has gone away downhill. I will probably go to a different location in future.
I accidentally ordered a pickup pizza to the maple valley location since it had the same street address. They called to cancel my order, made me a pizza and gave me a free no name cake, even though I was the one who made the mistake. Top notch service!

Very fast food, everything stocked well. Extra finishing sauces were a wonderful option.
Not sure why the bathroom requires such a complicated password. Took me forever to hack into it. Would be easier to use retinal scanning or other biometrics.

I have a milk allergy, and when they accidentally cut my pizza with the normal pizza cutter, they immediately offered to remake it for me! The new pizza is delicious, and I'm so glad to know that they care about keeping me safe. Very friendly and helpful
