Went into MOD Pizza at 7pm, and the young man named Austin at the front was exceptional with the service. Not only was he very friendly but he got everything right on the pizza and got us out in a timely manner. There was another gentleman with him as well, didn’t catch his name, he was wonderful too.

Great food. Serving amounts are understandable as the employees are told to make the food a certain way and risk being reprimanded doing otherwise. Always friendly and work as hard as they can. BTW, if it appears there are only a few people in front of you and it's taking awhile for them to serve you, please keep in mind that ONLINE ORDERS make up a huge percentage of orders and time must also be taken to make those orders. Great place!!!

Just went in to pick up a DoorDash order, the girl had literal booty shorts (gray) on and she made sure to scratch her pants before she handed me the box of pizza this is Tuesday August 12th at 9:15 pm

Update to now as of July 15th 2025, I received a called around 10:30 from a family member stating that he went into this location earlier in the evening and there were no hellos or welcome ins. As well as maybe two people in line and a online order. A squad got someone from back then my family member had to go get his note with the orders from the car. In that time orders were completed but again in which time as he came back in, no greetings and just blantly ignored..I dont know what management is doing to think this is okay but the service has drastically gone down in hill since September of last year. This family member then decided to leave as he wasnt asked to place his order and no conversation had occurred about getting to his order.

I love this location, I live close by so I go here all the time. They are always friendly and never mess up on my order. I highly recommend the cheesy garlic bread 💯
MOD Pizza is always a good choice! Their Neapolitan-style pizzas are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive. Never been disappointed - great food and good service, every time!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Just wanted extra pep and sausage and looks like barely anything for 12$. The salad was supposed to be the Italian chop and it came with a handful of spinach only, no romaine or arugula and barely any other toppings for a 12$ salad?? Just not worth it honestly anymore.

I always enjoy going to Mod pizza. I was there on Friday and the staff was really busy. They were well staffed and efficient in getting everyone served. I was surprised to see how hard they all were working together and still had smiles on their faces.
