The owner is very friendly, their food is the best northern Chinese cuisine I had in the greater Seattle area, I tried pepper and pork intestine, lamb soup noodles, the stir fried veggie, and I tried the hand-pulled chicken last time, I like all of them! Their food would be my first choice if I need a party catering in the future ?

Once again I ate at the Noodle House in Kent. I simply can't stay away. They make their own wheat noodles - thin, about a half-inch wide and about 10 inches long. That's just the beginning. They have a spicy chili sauce that is to die for. The noodles would be fine with the sauce, but I like to add beef. The beef chunks are fall-apart tender and so flavorful. They add a few baby boc chois and it is a perfect dish. If I'm with a friend we might order a plate of smashed cucumbers in a spicy sauce with fresh parsley. The cucumbers aren't actually smashed, just sliced into chunks.If one prefers, you can get lamb or pork in the noodles. They also serve their noodles in delicious soups. The Chinese chef makes all kinds of authentic dishes from China, most of which I have yet to try. Each week they buy a whole lamb and cut it up for the restaurant.Service is excellent in this small restaurant. Only two workers, the chef and the woman taking orders and serving. They are in constant motion. She is very friendly and has excellent English. The restaurant is not fancy inside but people come for the food. Most patrons are Chinese, so that's a good sign. The strip mall location is hidden behind Harbor Freight but it is a gem.
This is the best handmade noodles I have eaten in the United States. I have been here many times. My personal favorites are the mutton tonic noodles, red oil pig ears, stir-fried mutton, and braised porridge. I must come here to eat in a few weeks to satisfy my Chinese stomach. Super good, would highly recommend to anyone. I had never heard of it before, but my expectations were exceeded. The waitress is so sweet and kind. She makes good recommendations! We ordered the Lamb Soup Noodles & the Chili Noodles -- both were so flavorful and good! We will be back :)
