Had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful place on my recent visit to Seattle to visit my son. The food was amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend thos place for those who are tired of the standard meals.

Who knew this place would be home to the tastiest rendition of what I have decided to call thee Mexican Slider.
The longaniza torta was a smashhh! The bread was sooo good I asked if they had baked it in house. The portion was perfect, generous with the protien and cheese!
The sauces they have paired well!

Pacos Taco’s is a hidden gem in Burien. As soon as you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by the family. Dante, such a nice guy, helped recommend some items. I ended up getting the Campechano, Carnitas y Cueritos, and Asada tacos, along with an order of Tortas, which was packed with flavor.
Each taco had its own unique taste, served on warm tortillas. Something about their finely diced onions and cilantro just made everything better. they serve four different sauces. The green one was my favorite, but watch out one of them is very spicy.
The inside has a cozy vibe with fun music playing. Definitely give this place a try.

Found this taco spot lodged between a barber shop and a vape shop and it is incredible. Warm family hospitality and the food is out of this world. They have fresh al pastor thurs-Saturday and it’s worth a drive just to come here and get the tacos. Their salsas are also great too. Came back 4x in a week!
