Papa John's used to be really good. But the quality has really gone downhill. They are seriously skimping on the ingredients. The sauce is the absolute minimum amount that will cover the crust. Likewise with the cheese, except there were spots without any cheese at all and the toppings are so minimal that you can hardly taste them. This is the third visit in a row that this has happened. Papa John's, if you need to raise your prices but stop selling your poverty pizza.

Joshua was very confusing when accepting phone calls. Too be honest I kind of feel bad for him because he seemed quite overwhelmed. Hard to understand and maybe a little confused on the tasks. Asked for a manager and got told he is too busy at the moment. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location if any ever again.

Every time I come here the manager comes out from the back and asks how I’m doing and smiles and I feel welcome. The pizzas have always been top notch here and are usually done in under 12 minutes which allows me to get groceries next door and then come pick up a couple pizzas on the way home. A humble location but a cornerstone of the community!

First time ordering Papa John's in many many years. Just not as convenient as other places for us. Online ordering was easy. Ordered for a scheduled delivery about 90 minutes from the time I ordered. I checked the online tracker about 5 minutes before scheduled time, which directed me to Door Dash. That was a surprise to me. Pizza ended up being about 25 minutes late. Door Dasher said they had him wait for a separate order to deliver first, which was actually an opposite direction. Pizza wasn't piping hot of course, but honestly it wasn't too bad.
**One thing to be careful of: Their online tipping suggestions are wayyyy off. They showed a $10.50 as 15% tip for $37 of pizza. Even after the tax and delivery fee it was only $50. So might wanna check key your math if that concerns you.
Since it's my first time in awhile, I'll give it another shot and see if delivery time improves.

Pizzas were cold. Delivered to our front step without ringing the bell. Took us half an hour to realize our food was sitting outside. Instructions specified hand pizza to customer. Pretty sure this happened last time too. Guess it's time to find a new pizza place. Update: the restaurant has reached out to offer a replacement pizza.

I placed an online order for delivery and was surprised to find out that you use DoorDash as the delivery service, which I generally try to avoid. However, that's not the main issue. The Dasher informed me that your store was out of drinks, and I was directed to contact you for a refund. I've called your store five times, and each time, my call has been dropped after being put on hold. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot charge me for items that I did not receive. I will now escalate this issue to corporate since you will not provide me with a resolution.
Ordered a 10in specialty pizza, the oreo dessert, and 2 liter Pepsi. For some reason it was delivered by door dash (they must have been busy). I didn't get my soda they charge $5 for ($4.99). Tried to call and kept being put on hold. Food was absolutely great but I was ripped off $5/soda.

Absolute joke! Ordered $100 worth of pizzas. Apparently got picked up by doordash... I never asked for doordash delivery. That should have been made clear from jump. An hour after the driver left the store with my food, he still hadn't even started driving in my direction.. I called the store to see what was going on with my order and the pric on the phone after having me hold for a few minutes says "I don't know what you want me to do"... obviously don't want stone cold pizza, so refund my order. I will never order from this place again.

The carry out price special is good. The price through the app with all the fees makes delivery a real luxury for not a luxury meal. When I pick up the pizza the staff, though rushed, is courteous and prompt.
