I placed an online order for delivery and was surprised to find out that you use DoorDash as the delivery service, which I generally try to avoid. However, that's not the main issue. The Dasher informed me that your store was out of drinks, and I was directed to contact you for a refund. I've called your store five times, and each time, my call has been dropped after being put on hold. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot charge me for items that I did not receive. I will now escalate this issue to corporate since you will not provide me with a resolution.

Ordered a 10in specialty pizza, the oreo dessert, and 2 liter Pepsi. For some reason it was delivered by door dash (they must have been busy). I didn't get my soda they charge $5 for ($4.99). Tried to call and kept being put on hold. Food was absolutely great but I was ripped off $5/soda.

Absolute joke! Ordered $100 worth of pizzas. Apparently got picked up by doordash... I never asked for doordash delivery. That should have been made clear from jump. An hour after the driver left the store with my food, he still hadn't even started driving in my direction.. I called the store to see what was going on with my order and the pric on the phone after having me hold for a few minutes says "I don't know what you want me to do"... obviously don't want stone cold pizza, so refund my order. I will never order from this place again.

The carry out price special is good. The price through the app with all the fees makes delivery a real luxury for not a luxury meal. When I pick up the pizza the staff, though rushed, is courteous and prompt.

This place just continues to get worse. Our food was awful. Ordered extra cheese-didn’t get it. Ordered alfredo sauce and got marinara sauce. Ordered bacon and pepperoni-only got pepperoni. Flavor wasn’t great. Ordered medium pizzas but they were WAY smaller than usual. Also-it’s annoying how they text you and say your order is ready for pickup and then when you walk in they say it’s not ready. I think they do this to make it seem like they are getting orders out faster. This location continues to be a disappointment.

Since the new Manager has taken over things have changed for the best. The food is great, customers service is EXCELLENT and there is a really cool way they spin and flip the dough. It is very entertaining to watch!

Dietary restrictions: Veggie all the way!

Kid-friendliness: Omg! So entertaining to watch them making the pizza. Spins and flips!

Wheelchair accessibility: The door meets regulations

Abysmal service. Outsources all delivery to Doordash and it will take you FOUR HOURS to receive your COLD FOOD that's MISSING ITEMS. Don't bother literally eat a piece of cardboard with asbestos on it you'll be better off.

I really loved the taste of the pizza, I didn't have to cook it myself. Good location, my choice.

I am unhappy with the manager, Kasie, whom I spoke with since the delivery was late, and I had to call Papa John's to ask where the pizzas were for fourth graders. She explain one person was working only and did not expect the store to be so busy. I had pre-ordered a night before so the pizza could be delivered before lunchtime. The person was so rude on the phone that Oh, pizza is being backed and if you were going to speak to me on the phone, then there would be more delay while the the dash guy was waiting in the lobby to have it delivered. The pizza, which was sumptuously scheduled to deliver at 11:25am, was delivered at 12:10 PM, RIGHT PASS THE LUNCH HOURS FOR THE ENTIRE CLASSROOM.The person said I had scheduled a call with the manager. I did receive a call, but it seems I missed the call. I did call back the next day. The manager gave the same explanation. She was rude; she told me I was overtalking to make me lose my cool, but I kept my cool. while she said I don't mind throwing free pizza next time, I do delivery for school. That was only when I was still trying to figure out how they could take delaying kids’ meals so lightly. She made DoorDash the scapegoat, but evidently, DoorDash was already present and waiting on Papa John's to make the pizza. I told her that I was aware from the Papa John employee that the delivery guys were there. She also told me that in the future, one should pick up one's own order around that time, as their own delivery person starts the shift at 4 p.m. Seriously!I declined the offer of free pizza as it did not address the main issue of unprofessionalism displayed by the manager and the employee who handled the shift. It is disheartening to see that professionalism seems to be undervalued in today's service industry.I am so unhappy with Papa John’s employees.

Having been part of the Papa John's team during my younger years, my love for their sauce and dough runs deep. However, my recent visit to a specific location left me somewhat disappointed. Despite requesting extra sauce and a well-done pizza, the outcome didn't align with my expectations. The pizza lacked the ample sauce I craved, and it fell short of the desired level of doneness. While Papa John's, in general, holds a high standard for delicious pizzas, this particular experience didn't quite live up to the usual excellence.

Website for ordering is an atrocity, a crime against humanity. Oh, and instead of having "employees" you outsourced your delivery to DoorCrash and didn't tell us until we'd ordered? Sounds like a thieving liar to me.
