Every time I come here the manager comes out from the back and asks how I’m doing and smiles and I feel welcome. The pizzas have always been top notch here and are usually done in under 12 minutes which allows me to get groceries next door and then come pick up a couple pizzas on the way home. A humble location but a cornerstone of the community!

First time ordering Papa John's in many many years. Just not as convenient as other places for us. Online ordering was easy. Ordered for a scheduled delivery about 90 minutes from the time I ordered. I checked the online tracker about 5 minutes before scheduled time, which directed me to Door Dash. That was a surprise to me. Pizza ended up being about 25 minutes late. Door Dasher said they had him wait for a separate order to deliver first, which was actually an opposite...

Pizzas were cold. Delivered to our front step without ringing the bell. Took us half an hour to realize our food was sitting outside. Instructions specified hand pizza to customer.
Pretty sure this happened last time too. Guess it's time to find a new pizza place.
Update: the restaurant has reached out to offer a replacement pizza.
