Papa's is my favorite pizza. I ordered by phone, once I got to the right store location the ordering was easy. I picked my order up at the time they set. I went thru the drive-thru and the person who brought the pizza seemed to be pretty stressed and that I was adding to her stress level. I felt bad, but what could I do? Took my order home, baked it, and had a delicious pizza!

Easy pick-up when you order online. Service was friendly. The pizza was great. The caesar salad lettuce was a little wilty, also wish it came with croutons. Otherwise, good experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you're coming without a car it will be a little difficult as it has a very steep driveway so bring a second person although the store self has plenty of room formobility purposes and has ramp access into the entrance

Best pizza I've ever enjoyed. I ordered Canadian bacon w/ pineapple, Vegetarian, and a Mediterranean chicken. The Mediterranean is excellent!! ???. The thin crust is ideal. Excellent affordable prices. Thank you PaPa Murphy's ?

I called ahead to place an order 40 minutes away from the location. I got there, and they lost my order. I had to wait even longer, around 15 more minutes. Then they finally actually communicated with each other, and one worker found my order on the rack. So, poor communication, but overall, the drive thru was really convenient for a busy mom like me.
