Probably the best in kent compared to other locations that sell old pan. They make everything daily but will sell some left overs the next morning. They have a good variety but if you go there regularly it'll be the same. Would give 5 stars if they showed the prices and added a bit more of variety.

I live in Tacoma and I go to Kent to buy my bread. Very tasty and good quality bread. Honestly, there is no bakery that matches the quality. There is no comparison.

I would give 0 to the customer service. I think the owner should definitely look into this because is hurting the business. The same here , no pricing on the item, even on the receipt that is sent to via text or email jut the basic charged amount. I got 7 bread( baguette) along with 4 pastries to my surprise the bill was $33.00 dollars. I knew from that moment something fishy was happening. This is my first and last time and I would definitely not recommend this place. Customer service is definitely not a priority here, the flavors of the "Pan de Dulce" is good and this is the reason I keep coming to this place even though its on the pricey side but usually it's 2 different ladys in front and every time the younger person it's working its different pricing, she smashed and packed so thigh, I ask her to please use another bag she answered " If you want me to used a different bag I will charge extra" This place doesn't have any signs saying you need to bring your own bags or containers to buy their products.

Went in as usual to buy a bread they have a new employee which seemed hesitant about prices my total came higher this time I asked for a receipt she said we don’t give receipts then this rude short women walked in an said we don’t have paper for printed receipts, I said okay well you can text it to me like it has been in the past. She said no we don’t do that it will only show your total we have never done that, I have proof of previous text with total amount and items purchased. Anyways she had an attitude did not give me a receipt you can not see what has been charge only believe there total. I know for fact she over charged me I have taken more bread in the past and total was not that high. Really bad customer service. As a You would pay debit card and they would text you Have been going for the past 2 years they use to give you receipts. Investing a little on your business would be wonderful for your customers.

The baker's wife is a rude and RACIST...
Such an arrogant woman feels like she is doing us a favor and that is not the case.
We consume your product and pay very well for it.
The least we customers deserve is respectful service!

The hygiene of this place is worrying. They place the bread racks in the middle of the store where I have seen people COUGH AND SNEEZE on 2 occasions. They also reuse the plastic trays and tongs and they are not cleaned constantly. I expressed my concern to the cashier and she got angry. The truth is that they have an arrogant and despotic attitude. Bakery 85 is a thousand times better.

The best attention to the rich public. Very hygienic and full of love.

Always fresh bread of the day in addition to good service and friendliness

As soon as I walked in there I said they got some good bread and I was right.
