I eat here quite a bit but, unfortunately I’ve been short on time and get the food delivered or ordered to-go. Since then the last 3 times I’ve had items missing or food just not tasting good. It’s a shame we spend a lot of money here, and service is normally good but, these mistakes make me second guess ordering.

I have been coming to Pho T&L 1/wk for almost two months now. Never fails that they are packed. Even at 12 am!!

The pho is very delicious, and I never need to put extra sauce in there. The sate is very flavorful. Little goes a long way.

Highly recommend this place for your late night cravings.

So good! First time I tried bun rieu and now I randomly get cravings for it. The pho is some of the best I've ever had. Good price for the portion size, though I wish you could choose different sizes for the specials. They are gigantic lol. The egg rolls are always piping hot, crispy, and delicious!!

And on top of everything, it's even open late.

Wow. Hidden gem! Was not expecting to be impressed. Very reasonable prices and quite good! After reading other reviews, I think I’m going to try their bun rieu and bun Bo hue next time!

my boyfriend and i were looking into trying a new place especially for a cold morning. we had heard this place was good so we decided to drive out a bit to try the pho. right when we enter, we stood there for a bit till we were seated then getting the menu, to water, to getting our orders took longer than it should have for us especially since this place had “fast customer service”.

the main issue we had was my boyfriends pho. we had both gotten pho, at first it was smoothing since it was hot but then after five minutes my boyfriend had noticed that his noodles looked a little weird. i had looked at it as he was trying to grab it but it was as if the broth wasn’t hot enough to break the noodles apart but that was exactly it, mind you we had had the pho for maybe 5 mins after it had arrived. i tried his broth and then my broth and the temperature was SIGNIFICANTLY different. i still had to blow on mine to cool it down but his, you can sip it without burning at all. even after we had been there maybe 30 mins after the pho had came, he sadly didn’t finish his and you can see the pho noodles chunks stuck together.

i usually never write reviews but this experience was insane especially with such a highly talked about place. won’t be going back to again sadly.

Absolutely amazing pho—rich, flavorful broth and everything cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, the portions generous, and every bite was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and attentive. Hands down one of the best pho spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Favorite pho spot because the portions are amazing for their price. They're always busy, which will interfere with your orders. My advice, come with friends to chill and talk. Also its homely and reminds me of my favorite past times going to family owned restaurants.

Like many have mentioned, food is solid. Bun Bo Hue is one of the best in the Seattle area. Bun Rieu is mediocre. Egg rolls came our pumping hot and super crispy. Floor is sticky, tabletop is cracked, and bathroom can use some cleaning. With that said, service is good and food comes out fast.

Great pho!! Broth is rich and tasty. You have the option of fatty brisket which I don't think is that common! It's always poppin in here so sometimes it takes a little while to get your food but it's worth it :) LOOK HOW GOOD IT LOOKS

Small bowl is $12.90

Always on a side quest to find a good bún bò Huế, and on a rainy day, a hot bowl of soup was exactly what I needed. We ordered the bún bò Huế and the beef stew bò kho. Both were very flavorful with rich, comforting broths. The portions were generous, with a good amount of meat in each bowl.

Service was really quick, and there was plenty of parking.

My new favorite pho restaurant. Bonus: As of writing this review, their WA Health Rating is Excellent (update 12/2/25: rating is now Good). This place serves tasty and great quality pho and condiments in a clean establishment. I had a small beef broth pho with chicken, tofu, and vegetables. The chicken was sliced white meat, the tofu was fried, and the vegetables were cooked and not mushy. The only table condiment I added was the crispy oil. Advice: Add only 1 serving and adjust from there. I can handle a lot of spice with no issue, but I added 4 teaspoons of the crispy oil without tasting, and it was easily 4 million Scoville units.
