Pretty mediocre overall. Not sure why there are so many good reviews. The service was decent, and the man working was pleasant, but the food was just not great at all. Bland and heavy. The tea tasted old and dirty. The atmosphere was very run down.

It was pretty good but wasn't the best I ever had. I wish they used a little more meat but the broth was delicious.

Food here is the worst. The meat not fresh, taste not Authentic and doesn’t know how to cook. This is my first Vietnamese I ate in the WA that gave me bad taste and bad experience. nước mįŗÆm is only water as well. Just look at the meat see how undercooked and not fresh.
It’s not even 1 star and waste my money.

Very poor customer service. Became argumentative with me when we arrived into the nearly empty restaurant and i let them know we wanted to sit in front of our car inside the restaurant. We were a party of 2

I’m not the kind of person to eat out, but this restaurant hands down I will eat here until I die. The restaurant owner Paul is amazing and he will make sure you leave happy. The food is sooooo good. God forbid this restaurant ever closes down I will lose my sanity.

Greasy pho. I didn’t know it was possible. A visibly oily fat cap topped my pho when it arrived. Disgusting. The meek spices in the broth couldn’t overpower the fatty mouthfeel. I wanted so badly to like this place & convinced my partner to give it another try since it’s closer to home & bc of the reviews, and I regret it. Last straw was Paul reprimanding my partner when they asked for a container to ā€œget it themselvesā€ from an open air pile behind a dirty office chair. Stood waiting to pay for 10m while watching the owner to clean our table, then was oddly asked ā€œyou don’t want a receipt right?ā€ which in hindsight was another red flag. Save yourself the greasy tummy ache, drive 9 min down 99 and eat at pho trang instead.

This is one of the VERY BEST Pho restaurants anywhere. My wife and I just finished a 3 days Pho Crawl throughout Seattle (as well as Austin where we had a home for three years). This one ranks as good as any of those we have tried so far - we have had Pho in the UK, France (Paris as well as in Provence), Belgium and of course in Vietnam. The owner - Paul - even remembered us from our first visit - over four months ago... Super broth (the 1st key criteria), then the noodles (chewy to stand up throughout the meaal) and then the abundant of meats... Great Pho restaurant and just a wonderful owner. They have been around in Kent, WA for almost 20 years... Hopefully, they will stay for many years to come

Had such a good bahn mi sandwich, the owner was accommodating and made me a killer sandwich, with perfect bread. I’m leaving this review so next time I’m in town I can remember where I went!

Paul the owner is the kindest man! I met him this morning when I called at 9:55am (they open at 10 and I thought maybe I’d get lucky w an early order). He took my order and I got there even before the doors were unlocked. He took the time to ask where I was eating my pho, I told him I was headed to the softball fields to eat and he took the extra time to unpackaged my pho, cut the noodles so they’re easier to eat, warm up the broth to extra hot, and add a bowl so it was easier to assemble. SO KIND!! And not to mention the pho was fantastic! This place is 20 mins from my home but worth the drive. PS…if you love chili oil there’s is delish
