The level of neoc beo in the broth is PREMIUM. It's like you can get covid immunity from a bowl of pho from here haha. Get the special combo pho - various cuts of beef. The grilled pork spring rolls are tastey too. My coworkers rave about how good this place is. Def a place to visit if you're a foodie.

When you have to put the food down after one bite and leave a good review is rare my first time in got the rice with chicken and a Viet sandwich the sandwich on first bite was so good I highly recommend this restaurant tucked away with the most friendly staff inside food is amazing and worth the wait I will be going here and trying most of the dishes thank you again for the amazing meal it means the world to me <3

I came to Seattle for the Seventeen concert and randomly stopped by this pho place on my way to the airport—didn’t check any reviews beforehand, just walked in. And WOW, I was genuinely blown away! It was so delicious!
I’ve always felt that pho is a dish that’s hard to mess up, but also very hard to make exceptional—and this place truly nailed it. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, way beyond my expectations for a random pick.
I ordered the #6 Special Mixed, and I highly recommend it. To all fellow Carats visiting Seattle, you must come try this place!
