Price per ounce and flavor.makes this one of the best deals in town. Also open late, making it a great alternative to all night diners.

Summary:Flavor - 4/10Quality - 2/10Pricing - 6/10Service - 2/10Value - 2/10Overall execution - 2/10Probably the worst pho spot in the area. Only benefit is the late hours but for the food being so bad and a little pricier than better local spots? I’d make you better pho and my homemade one is not good ?.Atmosphere is horrid, service was horrid. Food was worse. If you go past 8, they’ll only take cash as well (with their own ATM). Not a big deal albeit a pretty blatant tactic. Do what you gotta do, though.Egg rolls felt like hard paper in some areas and were really off putting. Their Bun has no flavor in the fish sauce, pork, or egg roll. Terrible vegetable quality (mine was warm, in a cold salad, and lacked all amounts of freshness). Meat was extremely bland and poorly executed in general. If you’re desperate for pho and it’s late enough to be the only place open, go for it.But as a reminder, it has an “OKAY” food safety rating. From my ample experience in food management and businesses, it is difficult to not obtain “EXCELLENT”. “GOOD” can happen fairly but to be under that is actually concerning. Especially when you eat the food and the textures and flavors are off putting. The combination of a horrible food safety practice + weird feeling and tasting food? Wouldn’t recommend unless extremely desperate

They no longer close at 4am. The actual closing time is 1am. Last order 30 minutes before closing. Not sure why the store owner insists denying the store hours validation phone calls.

There is an issue with this place, the price the server/owner charged does not match the menu, the prices in the menu does not match what the server/owner charged! Should have been $21.90 with tax, that person said $24, I told her should have update the menu cause confusion. Very sketchy on the first visit. Good thing I had cash on me, not card! I seen some issues with card fraud! Pho TQ is the sketchiest place to dine especially the prices on menu are not updated. $10 for small pho and $7 for spring rolls, on the menu saids $5.50 for rolls and $8 for small pho! Suspicious

The food quality was horrendous and the restaurant is dilapidated. On top of this they’ve committed fraud and gave themselves extra tip on my card. They really thought I wouldn’t notice. Cat Sang down the street is soo much better. These are not honest people and if you are going to eat here, don’t pay with a card!

I haven't eaten here in a little but twice now I've gone and they are closed. Their hours everywhere say they close at 4am. I went at 2am. That's a pretty inconvenient drive. If someone would share their actual hours, that would be great.

Not the one, so many other choices around this area, that I will not be back. The place was dirty and not well taken care of. The food was at best okay, but the Pho was lacking in flavor and had plenty of MSG to numb your head for the next few hours. Service was slow and seem to be trouble to serve you. Just look around when you get there. Doubt if you find any Asians in there. Mostly kids looking to have a bowl of noodles (they give you plenty of noodles and little meat). Look at the people giving this place 4 stars, not going to be the expects in Pho.

This has been our to-go place since we moved to the area. We've been coming here on a daily. Chicken Pho and egg rolls are our favorite.
