Downhill from what it used to be. Food quality was ok, flavor decent, but I did not get what I ordered and felt out of place to ask for it. Ordering online will give them checkboxes to work to so maybe that is all they are now. Not a place to go for lunch. Just for pickup.

Ordered online and came to get it 23 minuets later. No one had started my order or printed it off. Waited a Ling time for the order and it was completely wrong and nothing I ordered. No one seems to know what was going on and was a waste of

Once again, can't get the order correct. Went to drive through, since it's the only option. When I received my order and receipt, I specifically asked if avocado was added as ordered because it didn't show on the receipt. The staff assured me that the avocado was added. Get home to eat and sure enough, no avocado! Third time they have not provided the correct order in the past few months. Do better pita pit! I would eat there more often if dining room would ever open again and if orders were actually correct!

I'm not coming here again. I just walked in and after being asked how may I help you I ordered a falafel pita. I reacognized the people working there and I know they reaccognized me. The last time I was here I was asked if I am going to leave a tip before they would take my order and so now when I started to order the same thing it's no surprise that I was told the dining room is closed even though it was clearly open and even the website says it's open. Very unwelcoming and rude.
Ordered online. All their doors are locked and there are no signs where to go. Went to the drive-through window and the person understood almost nothing of what I was saying due to language barrier. Super Greek with Schug was decent.

I get lunch here a lot and it’s almost so good! They frequently forget like one thing that makes it go from great to a little disappointing. Last week I added hummus to my online order and paid the markup but no hummus. This week ordered the same bowl but they forgot to add the sauce so it was pretty bland. Maybe just institute like a last min ingredient check?

Awful food, only drive thru open, didn’t listen to order 3 times. When I finally got my breakfast pita it had only bacon and lettuce— no eggs, hash browns, cheese, or any of the other toppings I asked for.

Terrible!!Ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranches - did not put bacon, pitas were very small, mine only had about 5 small pieces of chicken. Paid 30 dollars and tipped. The soda tasted like cough syrup in both the coke and sprite. The staff was short and rude. There was no line ahead of us as well.

Waste of time! If you have limited time, such as only 30 min for lunch and try to order online, YOU ARE STILL FORCED TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE TO GET IT. The doors are LOCKED, and they WILL NOT let you in. I ordered 15 minutes early online, but then still waitrd 18 minutes in the drive thru line to get it. The only thing ordering ahead does is ensure your food is good and cold when you finally get it. I WONT BE BACK.
