This branch is the worst. After not getting the order of garlic knots that I had already paid for, I called to inform them. I was told I had two options: wait 2 hours for a delivery, or come pick them up. After pointing out that both of those options were unacceptable and that I wasn't given an apology, I was told my card would be refunded $10.
