I placed an order on the website at 7pm, at 7:34pm it was canceled. When I tried to call the store the line just rings and rings and rings. Or they flat out hang up on you. When I called the delivery center to find out what was going on they told me it was going to be here soon. It’s been an hour and a half later. Still no pizza. Still can’t get through to the store, this place is trash and I need the DISTRICT MANAGER to get ahold of me since your store can’t answer the phones and it HANGS UP ON PEOPLE.

This place doesn’t carry the full menu and the dudes taking my order wasn’t even sure what he was doing, what do you mean you got no salad or Chicken buffalo pizza or Moz sticks? Bout to report this place to corporate. Seems like a front! 👎🏻 haven’t been to a Pizza Hut and years and now im sure i wont be back for another 10 years

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. They were supposed to come within 30-40 minutes. I kept getting messages that the pizzas were going to be delayed which is fine I was willing to wait. After one hour, I check my status and the pizzas haven’t even been made yet. I call this location and tell them that I want to pick up the pizzas instead and they tell me that the order will be voided . I get there and takes about 5-10 minutes for anyone to come out and see me. I ask for the 2 pizzas and they tell me they haven’t been made it yet. I told them I can wait for the pizzas to be remade. Eventually someone else came and told me that the pizzas keep disappearing! They told me they kept remaking the pizzas but they cannot find them. All that’s tells me they do not know how to keep track of their orders and probably gave my order to others. From the time I ordered the pizza to the time I left, it took about 2 hours. I left with no pizzas.

This is the Pizza Hut I always go to and usually there's no issue besides the occasional missing marinara sauce or parmesean. Last night however, I had to return a big dinner box because it was obviously made with no care/attention. I ordered a pizza with light sauce and banana peppers, and another pizza with extra cheese and olives. Both pizzas somehow ended up with pineapples on them, and the banana pepper pizza seemed to have extra sauce, and a good 2 inches of crust. They were really poorly made pizzas. I decided to get them replaced so I went back. The young man at the counter seriously didn't see an issue with the cross contaminated poorly made pizzas but thankfully the female manager came a moment later and facilitated the issue being fixed. She handled it very professionally and was polite throughout, she even gave me store credit and some extra cheese sticks. So yeah, usually this pizza hut is bomb, but when it isn't the managers know how to make it better, which can't be said for a lot of places.

This Pizza Hut location is actually pretty darn convenient. We order from them pretty regularly. Almost always great service, so I always make sure the driver gets a good tip. The last pizza we ordered was called the ultimate, and it was a rip-off. I paid over $30 at the end for a pizza that could feed basically one person. I don't recommend it.

Ordered in store -Stuffed crust chicken bacon ranch white sauce pizza was on point!! -Buffalo hot wings were bussin’ -Service was good, despite a customer getting upset because they had no gluten free crust. Wish I could’ve got the woman’s name for handling that situation well (Customers aren’t always right ) Cons: the parking lot isn’t very well lit

I officially retract my review at this time and can say my faith is restored for Pizza Hut and the food they serve. Im just gonna let this statement say they reached out was 100 with me and listened to my lady and addressed our issues with what happened on new yrs eve. That showed alot of heart and guts. To do something that seems to be missing in alot of people in this present day and age.So we all make mistakes just be humble enough to recognize when someone is trying to make a mends. So im gonna rate Pizza Hut on this experience today. Keep it 💯 and ill do the same . Thnks for reaching out. Bmen
