ordered delivery, paid extra topping, didn't get it. crust was wrong. tried to call to complain but phone line kept disconnecting after a few minutes wait. No way to contact the store or anyone. Horrible experience. would not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst tasting pizza’s huts I have been to. The bread sticks were stale. The cinnamon sticks were below average tasting. And the pizza tasted like it was dipped in oil, it over powered the pizza taste. I did carry out and the gentleman at the register was polite. That is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

No body is at the front desk no matter how many times you come, they wont even treat you roght or give you the right information about your order, even after placing the order you come here and wait for another 20-30 minutes cus nobody is there to attend. The management needs to look into it. This this really sucks

Hate when ppl dont treat your food how you would want because frist of all Pizza Hut has a reputation. My 4 boneless wings couldn't be tossed in buffalo sauce fully is crazy.

This place is so un professional. They took 15 min to take my order. And 40 more to get it. On top of that the pizza was burnt and looks like the dough was so thin. I will never order from here again.

Called and ordered a deep dish with 4 or 5 toppings and 24 wings. Cost me 100 bucks. I got a hand tossed pepperoni. I'm pissed. Second order I didn't receive what I ordered. Don't order anything for delivery!!!! They suck

First of all, there’s no customer service — more like the opposite. The workers are always ready to argue. This is my neighborhood, so I’ve ordered from here many times. The pizza is a hit or miss — sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad.

This is the second time the order has not been complete. First time fries and wings were missing, but paid for on receipt. This time wings were missing again, also got charged. Tried calling the store several times and the recording hangs up. Did a chat with someone online. They assured me someone from the store would reach out 1-3 days later. It's been nearly 2 weeks now.

Since doordash drivers bring my order its been totally disappointing i always get my pizza cold and it always takes them so much time to deliver must be cause they pick up 2 orders and i might be the last to be delivered this is starting to get frustrated

I placed an order on the website at 7pm, at 7:34pm it was canceled. When I tried to call the store the line just rings and rings and rings. Or they flat out hang up on you. When I called the delivery center to find out what was going on they told me it was going to be here soon. It’s been an hour and a half later. Still no pizza. Still can’t get through to the store, this place is trash and I need the DISTRICT MANAGER to get ahold of me since your store can’t answer the phones and it HANGS UP ON PEOPLE.

This place doesn’t carry the full menu and the dudes taking my order wasn’t even sure what he was doing, what do you mean you got no salad or Chicken buffalo pizza or Moz sticks? Bout to report this place to corporate. Seems like a front! 👎🏻 haven’t been to a Pizza Hut and years and now im sure i wont be back for another 10 years

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. They were supposed to come within 30-40 minutes. I kept getting messages that the pizzas were going to be delayed which is fine I was willing to wait. After one hour, I check my status and the pizzas haven’t even been made yet. I call this location and tell them that I want to pick up the pizzas instead and they tell me that the order will be voided . I get there and takes about 5-10 minutes for anyone to come out and see me. I ask for the 2 pizzas and they tell me they haven’t been made it yet. I told them I can wait for the pizzas to be remade. Eventually someone else came and told me that the pizzas keep disappearing! They told me they kept remaking the pizzas but they cannot find them. All that’s tells me they do not know how to keep track of their orders and probably gave my order to others. From the time I ordered the pizza to the time I left, it took about 2 hours. I left with no pizzas.
