My family orders pizza every Friday and we won’t order from this Pizza Hut again. The decided to send or order through door dash with no pizza bag. Our food took forever and was cold when it got here. On top of that the order wasn’t right

The folks that work at this Pizza Hut do not care what product they put out. It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered from this place and I figured I’d give it 1 more chance to see if they could make a pizza. They put hardly any cheese and about a pound of sauce and the crust was like rubber. Deleted the app and phasing out the Hut. It’s sad because when I was younger this was the best pizza. They have fallen off a cliff unfortunately.

My order was ready for pick up but staff refused to give me my order. Manger was missing for a long time and staff said only manager was allowed to hand over pick up order. Super bad cooperation from staff very irresponsible and laid back.
After the day, I will no longer go to this pizza hut in Kent. Went in the bathroom and the worker (female) used the bathroom and walked right out without washing her hands. When I walked out after washing my hands she was in the back touching the food with uncleaned hands. Disgusting.!

They do not make their products like they care. My pizza with grilled chicken and cheese was drrryyyyy. The chicken sausage pizza was ok, not as drrrryyyy as the grilled chicken. The other 2 were not good enough to mention. If you order from here skip the delivery and pick it up, so you can check your order. PIZZAS WAS TRASH!! Money wasted.

I enjoy pizza hut a lot. Just not this one! They put the smallest amount of toppings on the pizza. Imagine ordering a pizza with olives and getting 3 olives on the whole pizza... since this location is closest to my house, I have given them 2 chances, and both times were the same. I'm not sure why this pizza hut is different than ever other pizza hut out there, but it's worth it to drive to the next closest one. The store location didn't look the cleanest either.

This place used to be my favorite . The last few times have looked and tasted terrible . .no one in our house will eat it . Toppings are very spare. I would rather you raise the price than serve what you have lately
