Hands down the worse drive through experience I've ever had. After sitting behind a car at the order box. I rolled my window down and realized they weren't even being helped. I then called the restaurant to ask if the drive-through was open.... after they obviously didn't realize there had been people in line for close to 20 min, they started taking orders as I'm on the phone with them. Car is helped, and we move forward. Awesome!! Not awesome, dude. can't even take his time to talk into the mic so you can make out about 40 percent of what he says. When asked to repeat what he said, he will speak into the mic only to then stop. After now, sitting in the front of the line, placing my order for 10 min guy just goes blank and gives to total or read back of order. Decided to leave instead of trusting anything they handed us.

Tell me what’s wrong with this picture? I order two spicy chicken sandwiches and both look like they got put together with whatever was left over. One sandwich got two fried chicken and the other chicken look a whole lot smaller then before. Unacceptable. Going to hear about this. Customer service terrible.

This isn't my favorite Popeyes, mostly because they're stingy with the dark meat... I don't like white meat, so when I get chicken I like to get legs and thighs... Popeyes in Renton is always accommodating. This place not so much, however the last time I was there, they were packed, somebody had made some crazy order of light 10 orders of 10 piece chicken, or some such nonsense like that and their fryer was broken, well one of them. As a result they were super backed up, but everybody in the store was working hard, was still friendly and professional, even when the angry Karen came in and started complaining. Everybody who is working that shift should be commended.

Went to get a family 16pc 50/50. Couldn't even get it. The cook in the back got attitude to cook the meal. The cashier had to get the manager. This place doesn't know what they were doing. I hope they get their act together.

I was a little disappointed. This was my first visit ever to a Popeyes. I ordered spicy chicken tenders with Cajun fries. The tenders were kind of small and definitely not spicy. The tiny portion of "Cajun" fries was bland. The biscuit was good.

Being here is such a mistake; what an awfully weird place, and the food is super disgusting. I'm not sure how will help change it more terribly!!! Uhrgh~~~ plus no honey at all on the first visit, and they miss the Cajun fries, too; I have to drive back to grab them: horrible experience and 0% enjoyment.Minimum fries, even if you got charged extra. Pretty maybe decided will never come back. Whatever weird.
Every time I visit in-store, I’m waiting 5-10 minutes before anyone will come take my order. People would be adjusting boxes and do other things but wouldn’t as me if I need help.Seems like this place only focuses on drive-through.

Staff has an attitude and doesn’t complete orders. I’ve made a few DoorDash orders and every time without fail they forget something. This happens through drive thru too. Also just got my credit card info stolen this morning with a fraudulent charge and I’m almost certain it was someone from here. The only purchases I’ve made before or after I visited this place through drive thru in a weeks time were places I never handed my physical card to except this place. Will never come back.
