Ram Restaurant & Brewery

Went there tonight for my daughters 15th birthday. Was pretty upset when the manager made a bee line for me when she saw my cake carrier and told me that they didn’t allow home made cakes only store bought. I had worked all day on making this cake for my daughter. Now I understand if it’s a liability but my problem was that when I made a reservation no one ever mentioned any outside food or anything. And I’ve never had a problem at other restaurants so I never would have thought to ask. It really put a damper on the night and the mood. Luckily I was able to ask the waitress for some to go containers and plastic forks and we took the party outside after. If it wasn’t for her i didn’t know what we were going to do.

Showed up 20 minutes before closing and these guys decided they were gonna lock the doors and wrap it up on a Friday night? Who’s the management in here? That’s allowing the employees to dictate when they close the doors.

The server we had was horrible. She never came over during our meal. We had to constantly get her attention to add to our order.

The worst part was there were only 3 other tables it was not busy at all.

This was in the bar area.

The service was above and beyond. I gave the atmosphere a 4 just because they sat tables up for at least 30 baseball kids and family right by our table of 4. The place was pretty empty, so I'm not sure they sat us by us.

Service was impeccable and food was great!!

Always good, sometimes really busy, but that's just a good sign of how good the service, food, and drinks are.

Food was okay! Fries were oily and the buns on the berger were crumbly. The bathroom was a disaster! Wet, messy, stinky, no paper!

This place has great food and service, our first time there.

Great place to meet up for happy hour.

I ordered a burger and a bunn bread was stale
With blue mold ! None cooks or attendant notice t care quality check , carpet dirty , bathroom have no courtesy check

i went here for my birthday dinner and the food was SO good, shoutout to a server named ricky who let me take a cool spoon from the restaurant

Our service was not so great, place was not crowded so a little disappointing. We love the Ram when we visit so was excited to dine in and then our server was not so good.
