i prefer this kent location than the Tukwila (which is closer.to me)
I understand that the restaurant industry is facing all kinds of challenges, and that I ordered during rush time on a Saturday. But there is no excuse for the food that I received. The Master Cheese burger that I ordered with some pink looked like it was left on the grill for a total of 2 minutes. I couldn't eat it. the kids burger came with the bacon I ordered, but no ketchup, no lettuce, no pickle, no anything else. Just beef, bacon and bun.
