Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Generally, if you go inside and have a seat at a table and eat in the restaurant, everything always comes out great. I’ve done pick up orders twice now, the first time it was great. Food was hot service was on point. Today, however, not so much. I got there a few minutes before the food was ready and was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes before it was ready. The girl then comes out a few minutes later and says it’ll just be a couple more minutes. We’re waiting on fresh fries. Problem is, I got home five minutes later only to discover that everything was barely lukewarm like it was never fresh. Of course, I called the restaurant to let them know, and they wanted to just make some fresh fries for me and Have me go pick them up, but that’s not what I’m gonna do when I do it to go order to go home and eat. Out a few minutes later to come get food that should’ve been fresh in the first place as Promised. The correct thing to do would’ve been to offer me my next meal on the house since I was lied to about the freshness of my food. In the end, they made things right with me though which is all I can ask.

We used to eat there regularly, but the quality began declining while prices went up. Every single order is incorrect in the past few months, and tonight was my final straw. They got half of the order incorrect, including giving me someone else's food. And that food did arrive correct, it was cold, soggy, and gross. I tried to call and ask them to fix it, but they responded with "uh......" and zero solutions. Don't waste your time or money.

Customer service wasn't great. The food was subpar from what it used to be. Especially the money. The burger was comparable to a Hardee's burger. Should have went there instead

Food is good for what type of restaurant it is. Our servers were kind but clearly stressed out and busy. Seems that they didn't have enough staff for the amount of customers and orders. But overall a nice place to go to eat.

Very disappointed my burger was not cook it was pink in the middle, I asked to add mustard on my burger with no lettuce, and none of that happen for me ,me and my husband came and his burger undercooked sad and I ordered our food too go ,I would have took it back but we live to far away, Pissed off .Never will return Damn!! I spent 34.00 for undercooked burger Danm !!! Yal'l need to get that together/ I don't have money like that to just give ✌️

Service has fallen off recently. My family and I used to love take out here, but we're not coming back after tonight. First, there were 5 meals with extra fries, but we only got 4, and one of the 4 we got was obviously dropped on the floor and scooped back into the box. My son opened the box and there was hair on it in the box!!! Additionally, all of the fries tasted at LEAST a day old already. The boneless chicken bites, which is meant to be sauced, was so dry, it was HEINOUS. The carrots were not peeled and had carrot blush in the container. The tsunami shrimp was a tsunami of day old separated grease congealing in the box. Whoever makes those chips needs help. These were so stale, they were mushy. We always used to get a container of sauce, but not today. Also, we scheduled the order for 7pm, got there a little early and called on the dot of 7 and we were told they would be right out with the order. 20 minutes in their parking lot later, I call again and same story. This time, a woman runs out with the food and I ask her, "Did this sit for 20 minutes?" and she BOLTED without even speaking to me. Every single bite was cold and old. The fries were COLD. The onion rings were COLD. Birthday dinner for 5 people and nobody ate. Disappointing, do better, but not for us. This was our last time, and this was just awful and wrong.
