Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were not seated until about 20 minutes after arriving, and it took an additional 30 minutes before our order was taken. I tried to remain positive, but the service continued to decline. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold after such a long wait. The burger was the only item that was acceptable. We were also not provided with napkins and had to go to the restroom to wash our hands after eating. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.

Did not have a good experience this time. Started out fine, server was good and prompt initially.
But then it started going downhill. The zucchini fries were way over cooked, the lettuce wrap on the burger was two very sad pieces of lettuce (not the normal very hearty amount that I’ve had in the past). The server didn’t check on us after food was delivered. All drinks were empty and it was awhile before we could find her to flag her down. Took forever to bring us boxes, gave us the wrong check. Overall not a good experience.

Aasia was the best server, so friendly and competent. Love that the Avo Cobb salad is back on the menu. Stopped coming a while back when it changed and was served on a tiny black plate. Happy to put this restaurant back on our regular rotation.

Service and atmosphere were great and as expected.

The issue was the food. I have not been in a year or two, but the burger quality was super disappointing (which is sad). Buns appeared to be the cheapest looking buns you could get, the meat was significantly smaller and mushier, and the toppings kinda melded altogether to make a homogeneous goop. All four of the burgers we ordered had this same conclusion.

Fries were great!

I’ll give RR another opportunity, but if it has the same result….the burgers won’t be worth the cost.

Service was great, wait staff amazing, but the fries were scarcely delivered and only a few initially on plate, the burgers came out and they were small flimsy patties, fast food has better size and dressed burgers. It was so disappointing, it had been a few mnths since last visited, but this was not what we were expecting from Red Robin. Really wish I took photo.

I have ordered online with a third party delivery. First 2 times I got salads as I cannot eat bread. Salads were both watered down. So this time I decided to order a BLT croissant with a custom lettuce wrap. That didn’t come out right. Makes eating a little difficult and I don’t get a refund because we received it.

This restaurant is definitely on the decline. The only reason I went here instead of the one in Covington is they were closed. I haven't gotten much into my food yet but my fries, which I ordered extra crispy, weren't crispy at all. It took them an extra 20 minutes to prepare my order and it isn't even cooked properly? This isn't the first time they've disappointed me like either. It's become a common occurrence now that when you go in you have to wait for someone to come to the front desk and greet you. I've honestly been tempted to go there with no one up front, walk back and sit down at a table and see if anyone notices.

Sat at the bar seating for 15 minutes with out getting a menu or a water? Plenty of bartenders and severs around talking but no service

Very nice time with family, fish and chips and honey chicken sandwich were delicious. Our server was attentive and accommodating of special requests. Enjoyed our conversation as tvs and music were not blaring as often happens at most Red Robin settings.

I like it for the price especially bottomless fries. Burger was pretty good too! Wish they would allow seating by the windows… why wouldn’t they? Idk. I guess they care more about their comfort and not the customers.
