The one lady who is bigger and had her hair up on 3/2 with glasses was rude and disrespectful. She laughed when i asked a question and talked to me and my friend like were were stupid. I love this place but she needs to correct herself. If she hates her job don't work here.

the store was fine, the drinks were okay, staff was friendly, but i ordered fries and they took over 25 minutes. i asked them and it took another 15 minutes before they delivered it to us. also i saw kids in the kitchen, very unsanitary.

The bubble tea was good everything was great but the woman who took our order was terrible, the woman never printed our order so the guy who was making our bbt never knew we ordered any drinks because the woman did not print the “receipts orders” after sitting and waiting for quite some time we were wondering if our drinks were coming out. This place is a good place but they need to remind that staff to not let that happen next time. Not to mention she was also rude from the start taking our orders I would not recommend this place for Canadians unless you want a rude service and someone who would forget your orders. As this is also my very first time here from Canada trying out this bubble place.

A cute little boba shop right next to UW Tacoma! They have very unique drinks ranging from smoothies to milk teas! I would come here again!

We were in town with my sister and daughter. We were craving some boba tea. My first visit here on 5/13/22. This place is pretty spacious, clean with beautiful modern decor. Restroom is clean. There were no customers surprisingly. We enjoyed and stayed awhile.
We ordered the following: Oolong Tea w/salted cheese & grass jelly, Wintermelon tea w/salted cheese, Thai tea with boba, Wintermelon tea with grass jelly. All were yummy ? as usual. We also ordered the Takoyaki fries. That was delicious. ?
I really enjoyed this location compared to the Kent location.

I love their delicious snacks that pair well with milk tea options. My favorite is Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea. It is light, refreshing and the cocoa hint really brings out milk tea taste
