I take my children here at least once a week since they opened. Our drinks are always right on point. There is never ever a long wait. We recently started trying their food and the wings, cheese sticks, and fries are delicious! I do suggest you get extra sauce for everything. The staff is always friendly.

Great customer service and fast. I got the wintermelon green milk tea w 50 percent sugar. It's perfect. Not too sweet and you can still taste the green tea!

Ordered twice from them so far, tried the S1 and S2, both of them were delicious even with half ice and half sweet. Love the variety of food they are serving, will come back often whenever I passed by the area. Service is attentive and friendly. The store has nice seating and decorations.

Decent milk teas. I usually get the Oolong and it meets my expectations. I usually get 75% sweetness but even then their drinks may be a little too sweet. Love how they are open late.

The place is small but cozy. They have a corner where you can take photos on a swing and a couple of props. The food is great. The drinks that we got were a lot better tasting than the other milk tea shops so we'll definitely come back. Parking is also not a problem.

Update: My husband and I tried the place one more time as we had limited time. The bubble came out as it used to and taste great! We also tried the popcorn chicken and very tasty and recommend! I appreciate the manager reaching out and fixing the issue on our prior experience. So happy we gave it another try!OLD:The worst bubble tea ever! We ordered 2 hot oolong tea with Lychee. Both teas taste watered down , one was bitter and the other barely any tea taste. It was lukewarm. Yuck! We actually used to frequent here and this used to be so good. Very disappointed ?

I ordered their wintermelon milk tea with boba. The boba was nice and soft, the milk tea had an interesting taste/after taste. The shop is super cute and well decorated with a good amount of seating. The employees were nice and service was quick. Parking was super easy.

It's so cozy and I think it's a great spot to hang out.Vegetarian options: As someone who is a vegetarian I can say that they offer a wide variety of vegetarian snacks. The drinks are of course all vegetarian and I would say half the snacks are.Kid-friendliness: S level tea is a great place to take little kids. They have a lot of toys to keep kids entertained as well as bored games. I think it's fun to play as an older person though!! They have this swinging chair too and my little brother absolutely loves it.

I'm a regular here always grabbing the same drink, taro slushy. Knowing that Level Tea in Kent closes at 11pm. I walked in at 1055 thinking i made it and the guy from the kitchen came out to tell me," Sorry, we're closed!!!" What a bummer. This seems to be a common occurrence during the night crew. If you're gonna close early... then make sure doors are locked and the open sign is off. What an inconvenience for me.
