This was the most bland Thai food I’ve ever had. Very disappointing given the very high reviews. I ordered some Thai noodles and they were so bland. The spring rolls were so stuffed with rice noodles has no flavor either.

I work in Kent near Saya restaurant. 5 star restaurant with the excellent customer service. Efficient and friendly. Food quality also top. There was one time where I went there for lunch for the whole weekdays 😂. But other than that, I try to go there once a week. Perfect place for lunch break 👍 Thank you Saya Restaurant.

Denise and family have been producing the best Thia food around for years and it's always delicious and the service is spectacular! I went 3 years without stopping in and they remembered my name and what I usually order! Love this place!

This IS the best Karaage ever! We come here for the extra large sized chicken Karaage, Thai iced tea, sesame balls and tempura. The only thing we don’t care for here is the rice (believe it or not!). No one else has beaten Saya’s chicken karaage recipe and we have looked for a suitable competitor! The staff is wonderful, the prices are good and (did I mention?) the chicken karaage is addictive! You guys are the best!!!!

The only fault I have with this place, they offer no ice tea. They have tea and ice, but no ice tea....go figure!! Inexpensive!! I always get the Gai Yang Thai Grilled Chicken and recommend it.

I love the foods there so far however the atmosphere for me was so awkward and uncomfortable. I will never set my foot there anymore . That Asian lady, i don't know if she the owner ,was so nice to me as a customer but so rude and disrespectful toward a worker and that's my second time hearing and seeing how she treated him. I know he is not Asian because he looks like he white , at the end of the day that doesn't give you the right to treat your workers as they are your slaves .I am black and I can tell you that i am no body slave . Before i got a Boeing job i used to work at immigrants only work place and no one never treat their employees like she did . We all human please have some respect for one another .
I hope this review gets to you and you can reflect on how to treat people and everyone else better as they are human being. How would you feel if you had a boss like yourself . Put yourself on his shoes , having your manager always on your back .,telling you if you break something you will get sent home like he is one of your kids . That is unacceptable .

My husband works near by and had for lunch one day and brought home leftovers and we’ve been coming ever since and they are amazing people that own and work there! Food is amazing, huge portions, not overpriced at all. What makes me want to support them even more than delicious food is the kind, very nice staff that has many regulars and lifers due to the welcoming nature, great food and great portion sizes and prices. I recommend 10/10

I love Saya! They have a massive selection of food, reasonable prices and man is it good! I wish I had taken a picture of my plate of tempura...holy cow! I love all their appetizers, their curries, and their Thai soups too. Their supreme fried rice is delightful as well. My parents come to town once a year from AZ, and Saya is always on their visit bucket list. Denise, I believe is her name, remembers them every time, to include what they like to order. Talk about fabulous customer service. If Saya was a little closer to my house, I'd eat there at least once a week!
