Yesterday was my first visit. The lady who works there is so nice and helpful! I am still trying to find teas I like but I was able to find a Sakura green tea I had on a trip and really enjoyed so I made sure to pick some up. She was very helpful in making sure I had good directions on making it correctly and even has little direction papers to take home. She also does tea lessons on Sundays (I think) that you schedule in advance
