If there was an option to give this place zero star, I would have given them 0 star. Very bad customer service, rude young girl who disrespects customers. We waited for 1 hour and then we were told to change our order or wait for another hour.

Shanasheel Restaurant & Bakery is amazing! The food is fresh and full of flavor, and their ash is one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread is warm and delicious, and the service is friendly and fast.

Terrible at communicating: called 10 times when they were open, no answer
Very poor and incompetent service. This is a place you should absolutely avoid. You’ll end up wasting hours of your time due to delays and mismanagement. The staff are unprofessional, and the food is far below acceptable standards. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
