Food is very good but amazingly they are one of the few restaurants left on earth that doesn't have a veggie/garden/meatless burger. The server said she had never heard of such a thing.

Coming back from Covington, WA.Was very hungry. Stopped by to have brunch. Got the Seared Salmon/ well cooked broccoli, rice, & roll. With Apple juice. Finish off with Strawberry-Rhubarb pie alamode.The last time I was there, 30 some odd yrs. Ago. There was an mild earthquake. I did the familiar under the table routine. No major damage issues were experienced by the locals. But it was unnerving to watch the power poles waver & shake. Will be stopping by again in the future!Stephen C HAYES ?

Their online ordering pick-up system is very poorly coordinated with the actual location.We ordered food items for us to pick up and it let us pay for the food, only to arrive and find out they are completely out of that food. Also they couldn't refund us at the time and told us we'll have to put a bunch of effort into going through online to get the refund.As the customer, I'm not annoyed they were out of certain food- I'm annoyed that they let us pay for food which they were out of, wasted time driving there to get it, and it'll still take a bunch of time to get the refund back too.I'm not doing a 0 because I do like Shari's but things like that^ are so wildly disrespectful to their consumers.

the waiter in glasses and a black top with a tied up hair was very rushed and she made us feel uncomfortable whilst wondering. I asked if I could replace I side with another side and she said "NO I CANT DO THAT" in a very demeaning tone. L customer service from her, i haven't even ate yet but I'm already writing this review because her customer service was terrible. update she smacked our food on the table with no thank you or your welcome incredibly rude. food was good though! can't say the same for customer service

our server was rude, yeah she was fast but she simply didnt care. she was throwing our plates down and almost knocked my friends water over, i asked her to fill up my water and she didn’t at all until i asked a third time. part of my food was burnt, my egg was slightly undercooked but that i don’t care too much about. she clearly didn’t seem to want to work here anymore with how she was acting towards other customers including us, she was very rude and short with her words. if the girl with ponytail, about 4’10 and red pants, glasses. serves you might as well just leave L girl W food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Even though we went for dinner, the breakfast menu just looked too yummy to pass up. Waitress was on the job. Attentive but not intrusive.

The chairs and much of the building are run down & could use some love.The service was ok. Understaffed, so kinda rushed. Upon entry, we waited a good 5 minutes to even be talked to by anyone. Once seated, the waitress was sweet & helpful.The food was good. Average Shari's food.We would definitely return again.
