I love the menu at sonic, they have a lot of good menu items like the smash burger. (highly recommend, btw)
However, often - not always - My drinks are made wrong.
For example: I ordered a sprite with sweet cream, cherry, and vanilla. 🍒🍦 They brought the order, but lime was added.🍋 Yikes. I'll get a strawberry cheesecake shake, and there's no cheesecake bits in it. again, I'm a little disappointed because that's a big reason I got it.
honestly, though, I don't think they get paid enough, and if I worked here, I wouldn't be meticulously making orders either. I really like Sonic, so I'll take what I can get. Also, the car hop is very friendly 😄

I was very disappointed today at this Sonic. I just can’t believe how the employees at the drive thru think paying customers are a joke. I had to tell two employees twice that I didn’t feel comfortable handing my credit card to them while I’m 3 cars behind at the drive thru to pay instead of paying at the window. It would’ve taken less than a minute to run the card in front of me at the window. When I got to the window the employee had a very a rude attitude, did not ask if I needed any condiments, forgot to give me the tater tots that came with the meal and when I asked for sauce even a ketchup packet they asked if I paid for the sauce. I don’t understand how these employees are being trained at this establishment if they don’t even know how to formally talk to a customer.

Ordered the foods and got wrong foods. I let them know that wrong order. They fixed and bring it back with new bag; however two burgers are still wrong orders. We just let it go because it had been twice wrong orders. We want BLT burger and bacon burger but no bacon on it.
Ps: need some improvement for accessible order. Suggestion idea that touch screen is able to order on the screen instead of using speaker since I am Deaf customer.

My favorite slushies...blue raspberry...more of a chest freeze than a brain freeze! Good price..kinda fun spot to pull in instead of stop and go of a drive thru...corn dogs and cheese sticks..yum..cant go wrong! Pretty much what i get everytime.
