I went to Sonics 4 days ago to order an all beef hot dog combo with tater tots both with chili cheese and onions along with one additional all beef chili cheese hot dog only. I specifically told the guy ordering that I wanted one with a meal and one without the meal. Make a long story short the guy rung me up for 2 combination meals. What makes things even worse is because not only did I get charged extra for something I did not order but he didn't even give me my other drink in which I would l d have caught the mistake if he had. Then I asked for a knife to cut the chili dogs like I have in the past to eat and he tells me they don't provide knifes anymore. Well how in the hell is someone supposed to eat their messy chili dogs if they can't cut to eat without it getting all messy?

Ordered through the app. Arrived when food was supposed to be ready. Food took another 10 minutes, one item was incorrect (cheese on the burger when ordered without cheese). Still waiting on the replacement 15 minutes after the incorrect item was brought to the staff.

Stopped in on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Got a couple of Lemonde and strawberry lemonades. They were delicious and fast. Lady staff member was very nice. Made the drive to downtown Seattle tolerable =)

We picked up a to-go order last night. When we got home, one of the items we ordered was missing. It was on the receipt, but not in the bag. I went back to sonic today to explain what it happened and the manager there was super super accommodating. She not only offered to provide the missing item, but comped me a Coke and frieson top of it! Mark super customer service :-)

The burgers and fries definitely hold the American stereotype as greasy. The service is ok, it feels as if they are just trying to get you out of the way. This is not really a place to sit down and enjoy the food. This is a fast food to go spot. The shakes are pretty good though.

The one thing i went to get they said was unavailable. The outside smelled like sewer mixed with car wash and by the time i got half way home i had to pull over to throw up my first and last experience with sonic
