I've had too many negative experiences to want to go back again. Rather than actually properly deal with the rift wrath that goes in they just close their lobby so nobody can go in.

I just want to say "thank you" to the owner of this Starbucks and everyone working at this location. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff; they are all very professional and kind, and words are not enough to describe them. Also, the seats are so comfortable. I have been to many Starbucks and sometimes felt that the seating was intentionally uncomfortable to discourage customers from staying too long, but this location truly cares about its customers.

Went through drive through. Cashier hands my husband hand held debit card reader and suggested we tip. He said I don’t tip at a drive through. She hands us the coffee and turns her back on us. Doesn’t say thank you??? Is she mad because she had to just do her job. Don’t being polite part of your job? I can get a $6 coffee somewhere else where the server says thank you for your business.
