I visited the drive-thru Tuesday morning during a peak period, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. However, the experience quickly soured at the ordering speaker. The employee taking my order seemed extremely frustrated and acted snappily because she was having difficulty hearing me. To be helpful, I raised my volume so she could hear me clearly, but she interpreted my tone as being rude and responded with further attitude. After paying and leaving the window, I realized my drink order was incorrect. I decided to go inside the lobby to have it fixed. The employee who assisted me—I believe her name was Alyssa or Marissa, though her name tag was illegible—was visibly unprofessional. After processing my request, she rolled her eyes and immediately began venting about the interaction over her headset while I was still standing there. While waiting, I observed her behavior in the kitchen. She appeared to be in a leadership or high-activity role, yet I watched her repeatedly pull food out of the ovens before the timers had actually finished. This explained why my food is consistently undercooked. It is incredibly frustrating to spend nearly $16 daily at this establishment only to receive poor service and improperly prepared food. I expect the food I pay for to be cooked to safety standards, not rushed out early just to save a few seconds.

Starbucks shift lead/manager entertained and enabled a person clearly on drugs in their store. Instead of calling the police to help the individual, she gave him a free coffee and let him hunch over and pace around the store while he continued to drop his things and pick them up. And not to mention took his tin foil and a straw into the bathroom for 15 min. Can only imagine what he was doing in there! Wasn’t going to even write this but all it did was disrupt customers and hinder everyone’s time there. Was difficult to have conversations and even order or drinks. All for him to just leave after she offered to help call someone for him. Make sure to ask a Joslenn about her time with Manuel from about 10:00 to 10:45 today.

So never had this issue before but I guess you need to buy a drink, food, etc to STAY at this Starbucks location. I had a meeting to attend via zoom, and NEVER had an issue with just getting a water and working at a Starbucks.. just WOW.
tbh I’m not sure if I will continue buying coffee from Starbucks since I’m being forced to buy something. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I've had too many negative experiences to want to go back again. Rather than actually properly deal with the rift wrath that goes in they just close their lobby so nobody can go in.
