This area has definitely a lot of people who are hard to deal with so I don’t blame the staff if their feeling frustrated especially as an ex barista it’s very hard to be dealing with customers who are always having an issue. I'm from California I was involved in an accident on June 5 2022 where I go to college moral of the story I lost a lot I came into this Starbucks and my funds were low the lady with the pink hair was so sweet to me treated me the same as any other customer I've never got a chance to catch her name but two moths later new car doing well in life stopped by dropped her off a $20 tip and I hope she gets to keep it all because she was above and beyond nice to me during a shitty time will always support the business just because of her not judging me.

I was refused service at this Starbucks because the barista felt "distressed" because I had my firearm. She literally asked me to come back without my firearm otherwise she would refuse to make my coffee. My job requires me to open carry a firearm and I was on a break just wanting to get a coffee. Needless to say won't be ordering from this location.

This Starbucks i go to weekly. The staff are super nice. Attentive. And if you need your drink redone cuz you didn't like it.. they will gladly do it! <3 they're was this girl named Wendy! And she's so sweet! They make causal conversations to you all the time and its super nice to have that friendly connection with them ? thank you for always making my experience more enjoyable.

I like the atmosphere there because employees are nice, the only concern is my coffee is kind cold all the time. Hope they improve it next time. Starbucks is the best!?
