Came in to grab a matcha tea and there was a line. Normal. Usually just 1 worker. The 3 other people next to me said they did an online order so I moved closet to the cash register. The male worker was sooooo rude to the women checking in on their mobile order. I felt bad for them as they moved away from the counter as he rudely blurted "I'm REALLY backed up here!"I get the busy part. We all experience stress at work. No reason to be so rude to customers. I left. Decided I didn't even want to talk to the guy. Plus he never even looked up at a few of us as we stood looking around awkwardly. It was not Gilbert who was working.

I did a mobile order and again my drink was not done right so I had to go back. Its frustrating when you have to inform them on what comes in their drink. Do better????????

Lately I have really enjoyed going to this Starbucks. The team is so friendly (even when it is busy) and go above and beyond. Special mention to the two young kids who work there in the evenings- very positive attitude and great service!
