It was okay nothing spectacular. It seemed like the baristas were not very knowledgeable about their drinks. Also they did not seem like they wanted any one to talk to them which is always awkward. It wasn't so bad that I will never return but they could definitely use a little bit more customer service training. I thought that was the whole point of Starbucks is the one on one experience but it looks like they don't care about that anymore. It's a shame because their coffee is there anything great either I might as well go to a mom and pops store

Ran in on Saturday to grab a drink and some breakfast for our roadtrip. The atmospher was great! Great music, amazing vibe going on between the staff, I have not been in such a happy space in a Starbucks in quite a while. Was a nice change! Oh and the inside as CLEAN CLEAN! Love that!

Love ❤️ this location. It’s a fairly grand size Starbucks as compared to others. Ample seating available with great lighting. The evening setting gives a romantic atmosphere. It’s clean and comfortable.
I ordered very clearly what I wanted. I repeated it and well, it didn't come correctly. Not the first time. Just vanilla in my coffee and a little cream. I should have go e inside.
I always order my butter croissants extra toasted, it was okay but my coffee cake was burnt and I couldn't eat it. This happens a lot so I don't order it.

The worst coffee ever. I asked for a cappuccino bone dry and got an Americano with milk foam. I never do this but it was so bad I actually went back to request another cappuccino. And I got ANOTHER Americano. Unless a cappuccino now has 8 ounces of water!! Please get more training!!

Stopped here for a late night caramel macchiato after I got into SeaTac. The restaurant was clean and well kept and well stocked. The staff was friendly and attentive and I got my drink quickly and it was good as usual. There’s plenty of parking as well as a drive-through.
I was in the drive-through getting my order and the girl that was serving literally would not reach out the window to hand me my item and I asked, can you please lean forward so I can grab these and she literally huffed as I was an inconvenience for asking that. That is not the first time that I have gone there and the service has been unacceptable. I then called to say something to the manager and the manager had the nerve to justify the behavior because she’s pregnant and it’s very disappointing when people use pregnancy as a excuse to provide poor customer service .
