Always a great Starbucks to go to. We were in yesterday 3/24 at 11am. The gentleman working the drive thru was the best Starbucks worker I have ever had and I could not catch his name. Please recognize him!! He was SO friendly with a positive attitude and helpful for my order.

Don’t come on the weekend!!!! Go through the drive thru, if you go inside to order it’s gonna be a crazy long wait for 2 drinks. It seems drive thru orders take a front seat to in store orders. The workers are hustling hard and doing their best but it still takes forever

I order creme frappachinos because I don't like coffee, and this is the only Starbucks with a 100% rate of giving me coffee based ones when I order creme. All the other ones are fine.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered inside and they paid attention to the customers that were waiting for drinks. The music was low enough for easy conversation.There are only 4 seating areas at this location, 3 for small groups and 1 table for a large group.
They have doors locked most afternoons and evenings. So do not use mobile app

Dietary restrictions: Having lactose intolerance makes ordering tricky anywhere, but Starbucks has dairy free options which is helpful. Wish they were free!

This morning, I have ordered a hot white chocolate mocha (my usual drink) through drive-thru to go. Picked up the coffee from the drive-thru window and drove away then I took a sip, it was no white chocolate anywhere in the mocha drink rather just a plain mocha. As I was looking at the digital receipt, they charge me 10.1% tax!? I have never seen any sales tax added to my Starbucks coffee in California. Well, I will not be drinking Starbucks in Seattle.
