Americano doesn’t taste like the Americano I asked for. The staff was not attentive to the order details, and my lid was squished on the drinking side (hopefully they wear gloves). Also, who came up with the double cup idea? I thought we were saving trees, Starbucks?

Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. Thanks for making our night—it was perfect 👍🏽

The staff are very nice and work hard to be quick. They usually have a joke of the day on the window. I really like this location. It is mainly for drive thru customers. They have a walk-up window but no indoor dining area.

This place deserves zero stars. They have a working restroom which they are supposed to let customers use and they lie and they say that it is out of order and not working. It is a disservice to not have a restroom for your customers. It is also rude and unfair to punish their customers because a small handful of people you don't want using your restroom. Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves. We are overpaying for these expensive coffees and latte's. Since this is a place you would expect there to be a restroom, they need to show respect for their customers and provide one.
